I have been using this product as directed, night and morning, for 46 days with no positive changes in the droopiness of my eyelids. Unfortunately, I inherited my mother's eyelids and have found nothing that helps diminish their sag. I had great hopes after reading the reviews. It has been VERY disappointing.
Either I'm not applying it correctly, or my lines are too deep or the usual another product that claims to blur wrinkles even deep lines. I'm not giving up just yet though bc of all the other reviews. From the front , my frown lines appear smoother but once I turn my head , you see them in full effect and that's why I gave this a one star and am disappointed.
Have only used for the last two days, but I've seen zero improvement. Plus, the product has an EXTREMELY odd consistency; it is thick and dry-like and doesn't smooth into the eyelid. Maybe I was sent an a bad batch of the product; says lot 7715 mfg 06/21, but it's absolutely horrible.
I didn't believe it so I ordered one tube. This is so good I just ordered 2 more tubes. I highly recommend this product. Just wish that the tube was bigger.
I've been a long time devotee of City Lips but unfortunately this company is seeming more and more like a one product company to me. This is the second product of theirs I've tried that isn't remotely in the same league as City Lips. The treatment has to be used extremely lightly, and only far underneath the eye, if I use it at all near the corners, it slowly seeps until it is inside of my eyeball and my eyes are all blurry. It then takes a day or two for my eyesight to clear. Definitely won't be ordering any more of it, and probably won't even use the remainder of it.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT MADE MY LIPS BURN BADLY. DID NOTHING ELSE. NO PLUMPING WHATSOEVER - JUST MADE A BURNING, GOOEY MESS ON MY LIPS AND BURNT THE SURROUNDING SKIN. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks. Took me a while to get used to it... I live in the South and it is already hot and humid here. It was greasy feeling at first, but I adjusted to the feel and although I haven't seen immediate improvement on the skin quality on my neck, I do notice some tightening.
I've been using this product for about a week, and I've already noticed some tightening of the area I'm trying to improve ! I lost a lot of weight awhile back and there's been excess skin from my loss that is just loose. So, this is what I'm trying to improve without going under the knife.
Love the product, not the dispenser so much! Bottle easily tips over, and what a mess! Happened 2 times to me. I noticed a wonderful difference in the appearance of my neck! Thank you so much for this!
So far I'm pretty disappointed. It's been 3 weeks and I see no difference at all. I will give it a few more weeks but if I see no change then I will return it.
I did not see any change in my hands after greater than one month use and using twice a day. May work for some, but unfortunately did not work for me.
I use this serum faithfully twice a day. My skin isn't lined except my forehead. I have yet to those lines diminish. I like that it is natural and feel good on my skin.
I like the product but don't like the bottle or applicator it comes in. I would prefer a bottle where you can actually see how much product you are actually getting vs. one that is obscured by this kind of bottle and applicator. The product seems to be showing some difference, but it's early yet to make a real determination.
I am a frequent buyer of City Beauty products... Unfortunately! I bought three of these, the first one I used hardly nothing came out... When I tried the second the same thing happened.. By the third time it was no different... Extremely disappointed.. Would not recommend this particular product... I love all the other creams and have them all.. Will not be ordering this again...
This product did not work for me. I allowed two separate lengthy trial periods, and ended up choosing the trash can. The texture was uncomfortably sticky, and left no visible improvement. Difficulty with the company's policies topped off my disappointment!
This stuff is super sticky. If you wear it at night and have long hair you'll wake up with your hair stuck to your lips. Wearing it during the day you feel like you have honey on your lips. It does nothing to plump or soften lips. I think all these other reviews must be fake-I can't imagine anyone liking this stuff. Only plus is the nice packaging which I'm now throwing away along with the product.
I paid the cost and postage from the USA. I then had to pay 14.50 GBP for customs charges, that and the exchange charge this product has cost me an additional 20 GBP. Beware UK buyers. City Lips your comments would be appreciated. Thank you.
After hearing about this from my friend, I decided to try it myself. Things seemed to be OK until the third day of using it. I would put my regular lipstick on in the morning and by the afternoon my lips were a fake pink color even without my lipstick. My lipstick is a frosty light pink. Did not like that at all! At first I thought it was my lipstick. I soon realized it was the City Lips clear product I was using. I stopped using this City Lips product once I figured it out.
Product stated specifically it didn't burn like others, FALSE. Burned so badly, still was burning after removed and applied carmex. Burned for over an hour. Their customer service was very friendly but sent me an incomplete return authorization (didn't cover full order) AND they make you pay for shipping both ways even though it BURNS!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. THEY ARE WITHHOLDING $232 OF MINE. They send me the same email response anytime I ask about the refund even though the first message admitted to not refunding me. Oh and the product was awful too. Super sticky on your lips. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
