Fortunately I did a skin patch test before applying to my lips. After 10 mins I experienced burning and after 20 minutes itching and burning with a visible red raised area where I had applied the lip gloss. I immediately washed the area and applied cortisone cream. Use with extreme care and always do your own patch test.
My sister and I have been using city lips for over a week and nothing has happened no plump lips at all nothing but a shine.So I don't understand how all these women are saying this is better than getting lips injection. It saying how much your lips will improve and get plump absolutely nothing has changed about my lips or my sister's e except some shine. You can get shine from many lip gloss. But neither one of us has seen any driffrence in our lips getting plump.I think they photo shopped the pictures of other women.
This is more a question than a comment. I smoked for several years and I have deep "smokers lines" on my top lip. Any suggestions for this? Are there before and after pics??

With only one application yesterday I woke up today with a little tingling and my upper lip is itching. Unfortunately, I guess I'm one of those that is sensitive to one or more of its ingredients.
I was excited to get it in the mail and I tried it following the instructions to put a thick coat on. Nothing was on my lips to start and it didn't work. I felt the very slightest of tingles, but my lips did not plump. I've worn it many other times and nothing happens, not even a tingle. So I am asking for a refund. I was so hoping it would work! Nice gloss, but not for $35.
How long should it take before you should see a difference?? I've been using for 3 weeks and apart from shiny sticky lips no improvement what so ever , total waste of money !
I have had the City plumping lip gloss for 2 weeks, and I see no change at all in using it. I wish I hadn't bought the extra tube. The fragrance isn't good either. Fragrance free would be my choice if they had it, and if I could see any change in my lips.
Unfortunately for me this product has done absolutely nothing for me. In a moment of pure weakness I followed the Google trail of creams for aging hands and decided to give rive this product a try. At best it makes my hands look a little duller in appearance so maybe that could be considered helpful? Regardless my hands have no had the all magical effects as promised from the photo montage seen on the website. If you are worried about your hands aging, do yourself a favor and save the money for a treatment that will produce actual results.
It seems that all the positive reviews are likely from individuals who were paid to write them. The product doesn't actually plump your lips; it only provides a moisturized, glossy appearance. I have been using it for a month now and I'm disappointed. I also reached out to customer service via email but have not received any response. It's unfortunate that I fell for this and bought two with a bogus coupon. Don't be deceived by this; I am certain there must be a product that actually works and does the job. This one is definitely a scam.
The first time I used this, my lips tingled making me think it was working. My lips did not change in the least bit. Every time since using it the first time, there has been no tingling and NO change in the appearance of my lips or fine lines. It is very thick and does not stay on long. Definitely a let down for the price.
Sadly this is the second time i have ordered City Lips. i should learned the first time. Yes, product does condition your lips but as for its "plumping claim, it is non existent. Where are the before and after photos? Very disappointed.
I loved this plumper when it first came out years ago. But, the last 2 times I bought it, there was very little product in the tubes! Didn't last long at all! But, as it's 2 for one, I will try it one more time. I used to love this product, one tube would last for a long time...not anymore:(
While I ♥️ many other City Beauty skin care products, my lips react badly to something in the City Lips product. I develop a red rash on my lips and above and below the lip area. It is uncomfortable. No doubt an allergiy to an ingredient. I swear by face and body products - this is the only one J cannot use.
I purchased the city beauty multi action sculpting cream. It was the three jars for around that hundred dollars, truly believing in all of the promises and I was let down and completely disappointed! I did not see or feel any change or difference in my face, so I will not try it again!! I also purchased it with the line blurring wrinkle filler three of them for around $107 mark so quite the bill again believing in all of their hype and promises and I was left completely disappointed!! so my $230.00 investment was a great disappointment!! Thumbs down for city beauty!!

I was excited by the reviews I read and willing to spend the money from my fixed income for the promised results. I have been using for 4 weeks and have seen absolutely no results.
It does NOT work! I was very excited to receive it based on reviews. But there is NO difference so ever! Not even a slight one! It reminds me Clarins wrinkle smoothing product. I wasn't expected a miracle and i am very realistic but come on… not even a little better??!
This lip gloss does ABSOLUTELY nothing. I should have returned it after reading the reviews, but I had grand ideas of what ifs and maybes. It's super thick, which whatever, but it doesn't enhance anything or do literally anything.
I've been using this serum booster twice a day for just over a month now & haven't noticed any changes. I'm regretting that I bought 2 bottles of something I'd never tried, but I love City Lips so much that I thought it was worth the risk. I'm completely disappointed.
"Astonishingly Impressive Results"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw a transformation with the 1st application and results only got better with use!!!!!!! I love the fact that it stays on even when washing hands and having to sanitize after every guest I wait on. This product completely ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
