Lips plumer
Hi I tried the lips plumer and im very desappointed. It didn't change anything to my lips or as you call it smoker lips. I found the product thick and sticky. Frankly not at all as advertised

Disappointed
I was so excited to get this because I have thin lips and am starting to get "smoker" lines (I don't smoke). I've been using it for weeks and not only does it not help the lines, it doesn't plump my lips at all. I don't even feel a tingling like I do with MUCH cheaper brands. Very disappointed.
Don't bother!
Or just set some cash on fire if you feel like wasting money. This stuff has ZERO plumping or hydrating and is sooo freaking sticky that if you have a hairstyle that reaches your lips be prepared to be picking your hair out of your lip gloss all damn day.
One of the claims is a lie
This stuff burned my lips so bad that I had to take it off after not even 5 minutes! Now my whole mouth and surrounding skin is so red. I immediately threw both the city lips I bought in the trash. I had to thoroughly wash my lips and around my mouth and slather on aquaphor because of how dried out my lips were from this product burning. I can't speak on the other claims but I'm completely disappointed and I'll never buy it again or any future products from city beauty
City lip plumper
I purchased your product through Amazon and it did not taste feel like your product so I'm returning it. I don't know what happened, but it did not work made my lips dry and my lips .
Completely let down
I purchased this in late November, used it all religiously. Went through 3 tubes of the wrinkle release and 2 tubes of the eye cream. NOTHING happened. This product is so expensive and no results. Odd that they don't list what they are using in the ingredients, if they had and I had been able to do more research I never would have wasted my money. There was no difference in my appearance from the time I started using this until I ran out and refused to drop another dime on their lies.
Ulra irritant
I never had any problems with lip plumpers, but this one turned my lips into raw inflammation. All of the sudden, my lips were on fire, and turned bright red. I had to immediately wipe it off and apply a lip balm.
Not worth your money
This lip gloss does not plump your lips it is honestly the same quality you can get from the dollar tree. I was so disappointed. It smell is chemical smelling. I bought 2 tubes.
Lip plumper
I have used your product for years and we both know it is not a cheap product, there are other products much less expensive.. I didn't want to complain but I have stopped using it as I am finding it is not giving me any results and when I first started using it was amazing but now it's just a gloss?? What do you recommend I do as I have always purchased with your company and found you are reputable and trustworthy and I hold in high esteem
Plumping Gloss
I wanted to live this product. Some people said it did nothing, but I refuse to listen to their opinions. With that said, I purchased it and have used it day and night. NOTHING happened. I will not say it was a waste of money, I do like using it at night and over my lipstick, but it did not deliver what it said it would do.

I used the City Lips twice a day for over 6 months. Went through both tubes without any visible change. I'll give it 2 stars because it is a nice gloss, it just didn't plump anything!

I've seen No results, and was billed for 3 clear when I only ordered 1 clear gloss. I'm super upset, emailed you guys days ago and got back an email saying you were sending me 3 colored glossed with an order confirmation and EVERYTHING!! What the heck? Customer service needs to get it together, Shadaysha is great but whoever is receiving and composing the messages and placing and shipping orders that don't exist, VERY NOT COOL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IM EXTREMLY DISSALOINYED and seems how I cannot teach a customer service rep SOMEONE AT CITY BEAUTY PLEASE HELP ME [email protected] thank you.
Garbage does not work
I ordered two tubes of this to try in January 2024. All it does is make your lips an ugly mess, does not plump them at all. Then the beginning of February I received an email from them that specifically states WE have renewed your subscription. I should've returned the first two tubes but figured it was my bad. Two tubes cost over $60 and they have now shipped me two more. I called them. It didn't show it was shipped yet and they refused to stop the shipment. Do NOT buy this crap. I am attaching their email saying WE renewed your subscription.
Please don't waste your money!
Watched video and decided to try. Well, I have tried and it failed. Not only does it not plump anything, it also smells like dead fish, so I can't even use it as a lip gloss and call it a day...No, this was like throwing money straight down the toilet!
Horrible ingredients
If you care about "clean" products then I would not recommend this product. I use the "Yuka" app to tell me what ingredients are in all of my skin care and food products and this City Beauty lip gloss rated a 0 out of 100 (see the attached picture). I was excited to try this but ended up returning it since it's especially important what we put on our lips since inevitably we will end up eating what we put on our lips. I hope City Beauty considers changing their ingredients to cleaner products!!
Not for me
Fortunately I did a skin patch test before applying to my lips. After 10 mins I experienced burning and after 20 minutes itching and burning with a visible red raised area where I had applied the lip gloss. I immediately washed the area and applied cortisone cream. Use with extreme care and always do your own patch test.
Clear city lips
My sister and I have been using city lips for over a week and nothing has happened no plump lips at all nothing but a shine.So I don't understand how all these women are saying this is better than getting lips injection. It saying how much your lips will improve and get plump absolutely nothing has changed about my lips or my sister's e except some shine. You can get shine from many lip gloss. But neither one of us has seen any driffrence in our lips getting plump.I think they photo shopped the pictures of other women.
Not for me…disappointed
With only one application yesterday I woke up today with a little tingling and my upper lip is itching. Unfortunately, I guess I'm one of those that is sensitive to one or more of its ingredients.
Did not work!
I was excited to get it in the mail and I tried it following the instructions to put a thick coat on. Nothing was on my lips to start and it didn't work. I felt the very slightest of tingles, but my lips did not plump. I've worn it many other times and nothing happens, not even a tingle. So I am asking for a refund. I was so hoping it would work! Nice gloss, but not for $35.
City lips
How long should it take before you should see a difference?? I've been using for 3 weeks and apart from shiny sticky lips no improvement what so ever , total waste of money !
