What a great color for my lips. Easy and smooth. Recommend any pencils from City Beauty.

Lip Products

I am still using City Beauty's lip liner and City Sample trio lipstick. The lip liner has great staying power, and the lipstick is very pretty on these 72-year-old lips! No fading even with time. Thank you, City Beauty!

Great color; very soft

Defining lip liner

I have used this product for a month now and feel that it really does not do the job without a a clear/ or lip product or lip wax that "helps" control bleeding. At the age of 76 the lines around the mouth are not addressed. I have had issues with bleeding for many years and have tried many products- only to partial avail. . Hopefully there will be some improvements to this product . I am from Canada .

And they said the perfect lip liner didn't exist

This is a perfect contour liner—the color is muted enough to look completely natural, and it applies effortlessly, with decent staying power. I can use this on nude looks, but also on bright looks, as it makes nearly any color wearable. This also pairs with the plumping lip glosses like a dream.

Soft and Creamy

Beautiful soft and creamy lip pencil. The pencil goes on smoothly and is not drying on the lips. The color is long lasting. I am very impressed with this product.

Most underrated lipliner

This is an incredible lupliner. Texture is soft and smooth but long lasting. The shade is flattering and chic and it really gave my lips a lift. I will be repurchasing this colour plus others.

Good staying power but too expensive

This stays better than most lip liners but it is dry and doesn't go in smoothly. I probably won't continue to buy it because it's priced too high. Maybe on a bogo sale in the future.

Long-lasting

It stays on really well for a good amount of time. Just make sure you barely expose the tip of the liner because my very first time using it right out of the box, I guess I had too much exposed from the pencil and the tip broke off right into my sink.

Lipliners

Ive recently tried out your new lipliners! I love them! Ive tried every brand under the sun & these are the most remarkable ones yet! Smooth, precise lining & stays put‼️ More colors please, especially a red with blue undertones! 😀 Oh, & I never write review's, but I had to on these lipliners! ❤️

The best product ever

I started using city lips pumping lipgloss and the lip oil some months ago, believe me my lips is looking fuller than it used to be. City beauty product is 10/10 I will keep repurchasing this product. I will also try other products from city beauty

Great Liner!

I use many 'City' products and this one did not disappoint, just like all the others. Fills my lips and stays in place. I love how it looks with my gloss or the new oil. Highly recommend!

A little bit disappointed

I had high hopes for these liners, since I absolutely adore the glosses/lip treatments. The colors are nice, though the nude shade runs too warm on me. I don't believe they are worth the price.

I love City Lips Defining Liner!

I am not used to wearing liner because I haven't found one I like. When City Beauty came out with this one, I knew I had to try it and I love it! It's a very neutral kind of color that goes with almost all of the colors that I use. It stays put and doesn't look weird when the color does fade a bit.

Looove this lip liner!

I haven't liked a lip liner since my favorite of waaay back quite making the color that fit so well with my lips and this was already 20 years a go so I warded off lip liner as they never. Looked right let alone stay put But now I found one that is natural to my own Lip color and stays on soo long and looks so wonderful with my clear city lip gloss My lips are creamy big and oh so Lucious ! Mahalo city lips!

Another win!

Very smooth , easy to apply and stays put!! Definitely would want more color options. I personally won't use the sharpener because it is such a soft formula…maybe rather have a blend brush/sponge on end because I like to use it all over my lips as well. It does stay put especially if you let it set before applying the city lips gloss!

Super Lipliner

I love the liners. I got two colors blush and willow, both go with most of my lipsticks. They go on smooth, don't pull or tug at lips. Stay on all day.

Stays Put

I can actually say this liner stays put for a change. Most liners wear off in a few minutes. Would love a brownish tone that has less warmth however. Love them!
