Like most City products, it does what it says it'll do. Under eye and eyelids are firmer after a couple of weeks, with diminished deep lines around eyes. Using with City eye cream made results even better.

Love this product!
This is one of my very favorite products. I have tried so many products over the years that would fill a warehouse. Nothing gives me the results that Complete Skin Restore does! My skin care works twice as well and my nails look amazing.

I have started my 2nd bottle. I can definitely see a difference. The texture has improved and I see my cheek bones again. Loving this product and looking forward to further results as I continue taking it.
Outstanding product
Best serum for sagging skin. I've been using it for 3 weeks. See a huge improvement in my jawline and expression lines. I also purchased the Ultra firming dry oil. Loving my neck. I am 70 years old, and these products are making me look a lot younger.

I have noticed a big difference in just a month. I like it so much that I don't just use it on my neck/chest, I use it on my face. I also use it a couple of times throughout the day if my skin feels dry. I am also doing face yoga neck stretches. I feel like now I FINALLY have the tools to fight the saggy turkey neck. I'm 56.

UpLift Firming Serum Really Works!
I absolutely love this serum. I received it as a gift when ordering CB's new Ultra-Firming Dry Oil (don't get me started... that's another 5-star review). This stuff really works. I Really Love This New Product
Ok, I just 5-star reviewed City Beauty's Uplift Firming Serum (I use that product on my face/jawline only). I received it as a free gift with my purchase of the (new) Ultra-Firming Dry Oil. Oh, man! This Dry Oil really works! I've applied it to my neck and chest for 2+ weeks/twice daily and my skin is definitely tighter. The formula is so light, you can't really feel it being applied (I had to watch myself in the mirror at first to make sure I was targeting the right areas LOL). It's absorbed almost immediately which is so great - no oily messes. You've done it again, City Beauty. Thank you
Best hand cream
I am using my second round of the hand cream and have noticed the dark spots are lighter and several are gone. Hands really shoe your age so I appreciate anything that can help. I don't want to wear gloves for the rest of my life!
No more grandmother hands!
I remember my grandmothers's hands that as much as they looked elegant, looked...old. She had many dark spots that she called "liver spots" and when I started to see these appear, I got really discouraged. I have to say that I started using the Restoring Hand Treatment without much hope that it would change anything. After about 3 months, I realized that the spots were MUCH smaller and quite a bit fainter than before!! I commented to a friend that I had my grandmother's spots on my hands and she said, "you mean those few freckles?" Yippie for me that this is actually working!!!

I have been using this for over 60 days now, and definitely noticing a difference. My skin is glowing and dark spots are fading. I am also using the Illuminating Dark Spot Corrector and Multi-Action Sculpting Cream. This trifecta is certainly making a difference! Amazing it works! I have tried so many thing even more make up but I could always see my brown spots on both sides of my face THROUGH the make up. I have only been using this for a few days (as directed) I see the brown spots are light AND I can no longer see them at all through my make up. I'm excited to see how much more they fade. I intend to keep buying this product.

This product delivers!
This is a amazing product and I am getting better results each time that I use it. I am in my third week of using this product, and I love it! My husband now asks me if it is time to do another facial, because he also can see the incredible changes. I also have had a ugly scar on the right side of my face, and it is lifted and the scar is actually healing. It is less and less every time I do a facial. The scar is almost gone after 6 treatments.. If you do not use this product you really are missing out. I love it! and I love the results of this product!
The results are INCREDIBLE
I just began with this product while using the sculpting cream with this eye serum. The results are magnificent. I am also takinh the skin restore capsules and using the hydro masks 3 times a week. It works
I'm a gardener in an area that gets cold/dry in winter and hot/dry in summer. I'm noticing fewer of those fine lines and it seems that my deeper lines are looking better, too. What I love is that all the ingredients are good for all of my body, not just skin. I like working from the inside out.
