As I near the end of my first bottle, using it consistently morning and night, my neck and decollete are softer and the texture has improved remarkably. I've even been using it on the back of my hands with great results very quickly. This woman, happily in her 69th year alive, is very satisfied with these early results!
I really like the feel of this dry oil. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly with leaving a greasy residue like many oils do! My neck feels great after using it. I haven't been using quite long enough to see how much long term firming I will see. Fortunately, I don't have any major problems on my neck and décolletage, and I want to keep it that way!
This product delivers. I have seen marked improvements to my face, skin & neck using the City Beauty line, and when the Ultra Firming Dry Oil rolled out, I did not hesitate to purchase it. Ultra Firming Dry Oil is easy to apply, light to the touch, absorbs quickly, and yes, I am seeing positive, very visible improvement to the horizontal lines on my neck, and a firmness where the vertical "drapes" appeared. It's almost like an iron....the product "irons out" the neck area! I would recommend anyone, at any age to try the City Beauty line.
I disliked the appearance of my neck for years. Nothing helped until I tried this. I never really thought, even though I really like a lot of the products from city beauty, that I would see results like this.
Ultra firming dry oil is seriously incredible! At age 62, my decollage and neck area were really getting crepey and showing signs of aging even more so than my face. I've tried numerous products that were thick and heavy but still got no results. This oil is so light, absorbs fast, and is easy to use that I loved it the first time I used it and what's even better is that within a week I noticed improvement. I'm only sorry I didn't take a before picture. I've already recommended it to friends!
My neck which had begun to look crepey is now much smoother and lifted as well as my jawline which I am so happy about. This oil goes on like a dream also!!

I've come to expect high quality products that deliver as promised from City Beauty and this oil does not disappointment. This lightweight oil applies easily, absorbs quickly, and does not leave any residue. It does reduce the appearance of wrinkled/crepey skin. The neck and décolletage appear lifted, tighter, and smoother. My skin appears smoother and more supple. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
Best product ever...my new fave in your product line. I use on my face as well. Smooth, hydrated but not greasy. I think it helps to reduce pore size. Just an overall great product!
This dry oil has blown me away! I wasn't really expecting a big difference but a big difference is what I got! At 60 I've been needing help and not wanting to go through surgery. And now I no longer think about surgery to tighten the areas. I'm in love!
I have used many other products in the past. I can say it is one of the better ones. I have noticed some improvement in skin texture. It has only been a couple weeks since I started using.
So far so good. it's so easy to apply because it's not a greasy mess so I've been using it consistently. I love how smooth and soft it leaves my neck and decolletage. Turning 50 this year, i'm a little hyper aware of my neck changes and this gives me hope that i don't have to turn into a turkey neck
No one ever tells you to pay attention to your neck as one ages, and then it happens. You look in the mirror and wonder why all those years of lotion on your face you never paid attention to your neck! Love love love this dry oil. It feels and looks like years of neglect are turning around!
I love this product , not because it feels and smells great but I am seeing results in just a few weeks. I am a former sunbather and well this area is showing the effects of it. I like this very much, but I do need to apply a full dropper to get complete coverage. This small bottle won't last long, and that makes it a pretty expensive product.
Love, love, love it!!! My hands were pretty bad but after using the Restoring hand cream, I can truly see a difference. The dark spots are fading and the crepiness and veins are subsiding. So happy that I gave it a try and I liked it so much I'm now on auto-delivery! 💕💕💕
I have tried so many things for my hands. I am in my 70s so my hands have a wonderful long story to tell, but the age on them is quite evident. This treatment is the first one that has shown immediate results. I have less wrinkling and dryness and even my dark spots are diminished. I will be ordering again. Thank you. I have to say of all the skin products I have used including for face, neck, hands, body-anywhere- this is the best one I have ever used. I am older and my hands clearly show it. Thin and wrinkled skin. I swear that in less than a week my hands didn't even look like my hands. The wrinkles were gone. And although I don't think my skin actually got thicker, without the wrinkles it appeared way less thin. Definitely the best product I have ever used !
Very good serum! I can feel it's tingling action/sensation on my skin. I let it dry a bit and then out on my cream. I just started using it and didnt notice any changes yet. But I like it!
I love multi sculpture cream so I was hesitant about ordering this uplift serum . Boy I'm glad I did I love the way it uplifts my face . Great product
