Hydrating but no Fullness
City Lips is very moisturizing and lasts for hours. I have not benefited from the Fullness they claim You'll experience.

City Lips is very moisturizing and lasts for hours. I have not benefited from the Fullness they claim You'll experience.
The gloss lasts quite a while. I have read the product's directionos and then searched for other tips online in an effort to be able to apply lipstic at any point after applying the gloss but I've had little luck. I wait 15 minutes even and still no lipstick will stick. I am going to try putting on the lipstick first although I don't think I'll get the benefits intended by doing so. Also, I was attracted to this product because of the lines around the lips (straw lips) and this product does not seem to be intended for those at all. That is disappointing. But, overall, the gloss is thick and lasts a long time. I paid for it so I will happily use it ;)
I would definitely order this again but I don't agree that I have to pay a customs charge to get my parcel delivered in UK
It's not that effective and does cause some mild burning/tingling sensation. It wasn't worth the $ to me.
I knew City Lips wouldn't plump my lips, as no product ever has. That said, I didn't use it day and night consistently, so I'm giving it another try, because I love how moist it makes my lips feel. The one issue that I do have is when I went to order, it said the price was $31.50--that's down $3.50, which of course made me happy. However, once you get into the site, it is only then that you find out that that is the subscription price. So, though I didn't want to, I did the subscription, which also offered free shipping. However, as I added to my order, it kept telling me that I was short and had to spend more before I unlocked the free shipping. I feel like this is false marketing. I'm being a sucker and will do it this one time, which is well over my budget. If you advertise one price, then that's the price that it should be. Also, if you say that there is free shipping with a subscription, you should mean it--or say that you have to order a quota to get that free shipping. A third misleading thing was getting 15% off, if I gave you my email address. I didn't want another entity having my email, but I went ahead to get the savings. There was no 15% off that I saw, unless I missed it. So, this time I will order it at the price it is, because it moisturizers my lips nicely. After that, I'll look for something else that works and is geared toward women over sixty rather than the younger models with much fuller lips to begin with than I have. I wasn't blessed in that department.

I have purchased the following colors: Clear (in multiples and gifted some), Cherry, Watermelon, Midnight Sparkle, Sun Diego, Nude York, and Crimson. Clear: will purchase again. Cherry: is a bright red, I like it. Would like to see a darker red. Watermelon: is like applying Pepto Bismol. To make things worse, it settles in every lip line. It's my fault; the color is exactly what it looks like online, but I was hopeful it would look good. I have tried it a few times, and it is the worst. Midnight Sparkle: I am not crazy about glitter on my lips, but this color will stay in my collection. It is a step up from clear but not dramatic. Nude York: It end up in the trash, not a good color for me. Sun Diego: I do not like the color, but I keep it in my purse. I use it when I am out and about to finish it, but I will not repurchase. Crimson: I prefer opaque, in the models it looks as described, "cool-toned deep rose", I am fair to Med, and it looks almost brown on me. The tube is darker than depicted on the website pictures. I use it a lot, I wish it were a deep rose, then I would have multiple tubes in different locations (purse, and my two jobs, backup tube). I have considered Pink Nude, but it might just make me look like I don't have any lips; it looks so light in the picture. I bet it is still better than Watermelon :( When it comes to the plumping effect, it is minimal even with daily use. When I reapply, I get no plumping effect, not even the optical illusion. What I like about the formula is the pillowy feeling.
Nice gloss. Did not notice any plumping effect.
This product is good but smell & taste is not pleasant.
I purchased based on my experience with City Lips Night Oil, which I absolutely love. I thought I would have the same experience with the lip plumper but unfortunately that is not the case. I have been using it consistently hoping I'll see a good result, but so far I haven't really seen any lip plumping. I have the clear lip plumper and it does have a slight scent to it, that I don't like. If I had to describe it, it's like a coffee type smell. It goes on really thick and heavy and I feel like everything wants to stick to my lips, especially hair, when I put this on. The positive is that it does not sting. Also, when I put this on and wait a couple of minutes, I'll put the night oil on top and that seems to help, but stand alone, it's not my favorite. I was hoping I would love this as much as the night oil, but it's just not the case. I won't be purchasing this one again.
The one I picked is a pretty color but, as far as plumbing my lips, I seen no difference at all. I would like to return it actually, I have tried a lot of these products and had high hopes but I'm once again disappointed. Thats my honest review. I wish it had worked.

I followed the hype and it didn't pay off. Lip plumper- I think not. My lips are exactly the same as when I wear nothing. The product doesn't last very long on my lips. Constantly reapplying. Disappointed

I dont like the way the gloss runs outside of my lips . The tingling doesnt bother me . I used a coyple of times but sadly wasnt a fan of It.
Formula feels good on my lips but it did not make them look full or plump. I think its in the illusion of the gloss. Sad to say I was disappointed.
For the price, I do not think it does what it claims. My lips are not plumping. I put it on 2 to 3 times a day and still do not get the results expected.
I wanted to love this, as the ads have it sounding promising, of course. But it is soooo sticky. I can't get past that. So I can't speak on any potential benefits, though I did notice a slight burn after applying.
Very sticky and it does not do what it says my lips do not get any plumper!

There is nothing special about tbis lip gloss. Absolutely no plumper effect. Nice shine is all.

Nothing special about this item. It smells bad and is very sticky on the lips. I would not buy again
Product was fine but was not so exceptionally unique from any other lip moisturizer. Does not plump. Not worth the money
I have been using as directed… havent seen any plumping benefits. They are more hydrated.
