Did not realize this was just simply a lipgloss. I thought it was an actual overnight treatment which helped to plump your lips while you were sleeping. Because the ad I saw had someone with white foamy stuff all over their lips and covered with plastic. So I'm definitely confused by the time you pay for shipping and the product you're spending $41 for lip gloss. I was anxious to try their other products but now I'm a little skeptic.
This did not do anything for my thin lips. I really thought it was going to a least plump them up some. It is really thick and sticky which I also did not like. I would not buy it again. Sorry but this is my honest opinion.
This is a nice long-lasting lip gloss but I have used for over a month now and have seen no difference in the size of my small, thin lips. Bummer...
I purchased this a few months ago. I have about a 1/4 of it left. I seriously have not seen any improvement on my 60 yr old lips. It's a great moisturizer but that's it for me. I'm going to give the matte a try even tho it won't improve the lines around my lips. I'm hoping it will hydrate as it says because at my age I don't like the shiny.
I like the product, though not sure it's actually making a difference. It feels nice when it's on. I don't really need plumping but hoping it will smooth out the lines. Can't tell yet. I would buy some colors but it's way too expensive.
This product stays on for a very long time, but did not see any reduction in lines on or around the lips or any plumping effect. Expensive for a lip gloss or lip moisturizer.
Like I wrote before, I was expecting a product more intended for application to the area above the top lip . . . but it is more of a lip gloss type product. So, it is ok, but not what I was looking for. I don't normally wear lip gloss, and it is pretty thick, although it does sink in. Can't tell if it's making a difference yet, but I will keep trying. Thanks.
I purchased two tubes in the shade clear. I have been using it at night and during the day for over a month with no results. I will continue to be hopeful as I begin using my second tube. It does moisturize your lips, but no plumping for me.
Love the product, but no way does it last as long as claimed. Maybe half the anount of time if used sparingly. There needs to be more product for the Price and then I would give this 5 stars.
If there was any info on HOW to contact City Lips, I would not be writing this as a review. I've had the product for a few weeks, and I like it. A lot. I would love to give it five stars. But from the beginning, the product was very viscous, and now, using it once or twice a day, it seems to be running out. No way will it last a month. This can't be right. Did I get an old tube? Again, I'm sorry to have brought this problem to a public forum. If there had been a way to contact you privately, I'd have done so.
This color was a big miss on me - just looks orangey-brown and not at all like the description or pics. PLEASE bring back Dusty Rose!!!
My lips most definitely plump up when I use this; however, they also turn bright red, and the plumpness does not last long.
I like the gloss's consistency but I was hoping it would plump a little bit more than it does. I also wish the gloss lasted longer.
I purchased the plumping lip gloss and it has an odd chemical smell to it. Not vanilla at all. The shipping was extremely slow.

I like the lip gloss. Don't really think it pumps my lips. Without doing that it is overpriced.

A little sticky, goes on smoothly though which i love. The packaging its simple but boujie looking. Would love it a lot if yall can make it less sticky
I have loved City Lips for years. Obsessed with it, actually. I still love the product but am becoming wary of some recent changes. The product used to be 5ml and now it claims to be 4.9ml yet the price is the same. Sounds like a small difference but I question if 4.9 is truthful. There is a noticeable difference in how long a tube lasts me since the new packaging. Also, the packaging change all around bothers me. The tube is so much larger & not as easy to throw in a small bag. I truly feel City Lips made the tube larger to try to mask the smaller quantity. All the cardboard and plastic wrap each individual tube comes in is ridiculous! I would like to see greener packaging. The tubes used to come in no packaging, just simple in a box. All around, City Lips has made some changes not for the positive, unfortunately.
