I must say I purchased The City Lips a year ago because I had started noticing fine lines around my mouth and lips were thinning. I used City Lips for 7 months and I noticed a big difference in my lips after a week or less in my lips. Truthfully I will have to say things really started getting tight for me after being laid off from my job and being unemployed I could not afford to buy the extra things I needed/wanted for myself and I quit using City Lips for 3 months and I noticed the lines again... so I ask my sons when any special occasion such as my birthday or Mother's Day would roll around and they wanted to but me something I ask for money so I could start purchasing again and I have to say I noticed the BIG difference again in my lips!! I will never quit using again unless I'm to the point that I just can't and hoping that doesn't happen again!! YES I would most definitely recommend this product to a

OMG it really works!!!
Bought this on FB and it came in 3 days. I was cautiously optimistic...I live in the desert in Idaho, and there is very low humidity or moisture. My lips have been badly chapped all winter, regardless of the many products I've used. Yesterday, all day long, my lips were burning. I got home, and there was my City Lips. I noticed immediately that it smells like vanilla extract - yum! I put it on, and at first, I thought it was sticky, but that passed in about a minute. Within 10 minutes, the pain in my lips was gone! What a relief! I put it on twice before bed, and at 3am when I woke up to go potty. :) Woke up at 6am and checked the mirror - STUNNED! All signs of chapped lips GONE. They looked happy and healthy again, and feel great! I truly can't believe how fast it worked to heal my lips!! I do not hesitate to ship stuff back - I'm a tough customer - but no way am I sending this back. I'm already looking at other colors to purchase. 10,000 thumbs up! :)

I received my five tubes of clear plumping gloss today.....and have been using it constantly!
My lips are always dry and for years I've been applying tube moisturises and pots of lip gloss ALL day long. They were temporary fixes but did not keep my lips moist, and my lips continued to be dry.
I already love City Lips, it is lovely and dense when you apply it, not thin like some.
Once you apply it, it is there for hours! The lines in my lips diminished greatly over the day and night and my lips were moist and not dry.
I'm hoping that the effect will become more permanent after regular use as stated, from the feel of it I'm confident.
Lately I have tried so many lip plumpers that work to an extent but are stingers! City Lips felt fresh and NO burn.
I am definitely going to try a colour next time as I know it will last in my lips.
I would recommend this product for any person who wants to smooth their lips and stop the constant dryness.

My husband says I'm a lip balm addict because I had them everywhere. I came across City Lips on Pinterest and checked out the website and I was quite impressed. After going through the site for a while I decided to give City Lips a try. For some reason instead of ordering one tube to try I ordered three, of the same color, and prayed I loved it! My gut instinct was right because City Lips does exactly as stated! I HAD the fine lines around my lips, dry, peeling lips that I constantly would bite. After one night of using it I could see and feel the difference in my lips. I'm still in the habit of applying it throughout the day, which is great because the lines around my lips have completely disappeared! I recently started on my second tube and I know I'll have to order at least 6 more only in many different colors. My lips are fairly full but after using City Lips they are plumper because there are no lines and look great. I just ordered the Sculpting cream and if that's half as amazing as City Lips I'll have to order a case!

Holy Grail!!
I am spoiled for life, City Lips is the only lip treatment I use. I never wore gloss, and hated the oily or tacky feel. Not so with City.Lips!! It gives a lovely gleam to my lips and makes them smooth and full, bring out their natural rosy color. Holy Grail Lip Balm and Plumper!
I took a accutane in my late 30s for severe cystic acne, and while it did a great job clearing my skin, I was left with permanently parched lips. Since then, I've been searching for a lip balm that I didn't have to reapply every few minutes and didn't cause a waxy build-up. I'm 59 now, with thinning, as well as severely dry lips. With City Lips, I've finally found my Holy Grail! It is by FAR the best lip balm I've ever used! One application lasts for several hours, and leaves my lips not only hydrated, but luxuriously soft and supple. I was very skeptical about the plumping claim, as I've tried so many lip plumpers that slightly plumped my lips, but also stung and lasted for maybe 15 minutes, But City Lips definitely lives up to its claim! My lips are noticeably fuller within ten minutes of application and I've now begun to notice that they they look fuller all the time—even when I wake up in the morning. And I have just begun my third tube. So even though the product is a bit pricey, it is very well worth it's cost. I couldn't be more delighted with City Lips, and am now going to be ordering some of the colors (although the balm Is also a great primer under my lipstick).
