I ordered two bottles, received them but one bottle does not pump anything out. It also feels like there is nothing in it. I have emailed your customer service dept, but no response after two attempts. I would like a replacement bottle, or my money back for the defective bottle.
This is a nice long-lasting lip gloss but I have used for over a month now and have seen no difference in the size of my small, thin lips. Bummer...
It certainly plumbs up your face and diminishes wrinkles. I found it pumped my face so much that I looked puffy! Not sure what other adjectives I can use. I have not used the product for three days and my face is still extremely puffy. The product does work well, but I would not advise using it on your face on a daily basis.

Just started using the product and I'm not sure about the results yet. However what I did notice is that the container feels as if it is almost gone and like I said just opened it about 3 weeks ago.
The product was great but I ran out of Step 2 long before step 1. I have been using step 1 now for 2 weeks alone and still have more to use. It is upsetting to not have equal amounts of both. I hate to leave a bad review cause I really like the product.
I have been using this for about 6 mo. It is easy on my sensitive, dry skin, but unfortunately the uneven shin tone, fine lines, redness and pores seem to be unimproved for me.
I had high hopes for this mascara after reading the reviews. When I tried to use it I had a lot of problems with it clumping. I ended up replacing it with another brand. My experience with City Beauty was a disappointment, especially considering the cost.
Love that product is cruelty free. Product agrees with my skin, but I have not seen a major response to any sagging or wrinkles despite using twice a day (am on the 6th jar). Maybe because I am in my late 60's? Also wish the jar was recyclable.

I *want* to like this, but I have to say I am not seeing visible results like others are. Some see the result after the first use - I didn't. I've been using it consistently for 2 weeks and don't see much happening. I do 'feel' a tightening, but I'm expressive with my face and that feeling doesn't last long. There also seems to be a bit of an odd smell to the product. I'm not sure if that is just with the one I got, but is standard for the product.
I haven't used a whole tube of this hand cream yet, so maybe it needs more time to work. I haven't noticed any significant positive changes to my hands since using it. I probably will not buy it again because it is very expensive.
I faithfully applied two times a day for the entire tube. My hands did look much better for a short time after applying it, but the effects seemed to wear off after some time and they went back to looking wrinkly and dry before the next application. I don't think I will continue to purchase- I might if it weren't so expensive but at this price point, I am thinking not.
It's a nice product and goes on smoothly. The only thing is that as an eyelid primer it just doesn't cut it. Every single time I apply it my eyeshadow creases or wears off completely. I have adjusted the amount I put on my eye, but it doesn't make a difference. I don't have this problem with other eye primers, so for that reason, it is a no-go for me.
This creme has a nice feeling and is quickly absorbed. If my skin is winter-dry I have to apply the creme twice which means that I go through it fast. If I'm being honest I'd have to say that it temporarily reduces the appearance of wrinkles, but I can't see any improvement in firmness or lifting of saggy skin.
I Finally received my order, only to find out I had to pay another $45.97 at my door CAN for Customs… not worth it! Figure out a way that it's more affordable for your Canadian customer interests.
This product performs on me like a thick primer and did do a pretty good job of blurring. It lasted all of 1 week. I am not willing to pay this high price for such a small amount of product.
This leaves my skin looking wet for a bit, so I use it when I first wake up after washing my face to allow it to sink in. In doing so, I'm not sure if it is the product or washing and moisturizing that is helping my skin wake up.
I wanted to like this gel. Since my mid 60's, I have been using their Multi Action sculpting cream. Now at age 69, this gel leaves my skin sticky, doesn't completely absorb in my skin an hour later. I ran out of my multi sculpting cream, and only have the gel left. Aargh. I also had a few pimples on my forehead from this gel. I have another jar of this, and NO sculpting cream. I don't want to use anything but City Beauty, but not sure what to use till my latest order is delivered! I Hope I don't have to wait over 2 weeks, like from my previous order!
I gave the oil a 4 star because I haven't used it long enough to see long term effects. The short term effects have been very good. My décolleté appears firmer and smoother. My neck has seen a tiny bit of improvement but has a ways to go.
