No comparison to City Lips in tube
It doesn't hydrate all night I wake up anew allly several times. Doesn't hold a candle to City Lips in the tube.

Nice product. No plumping of lips for me! It's an upmarket lip gloss. Unfortunately not as advertised.
Poor quantity
The amount of gloss that was given/I purchased, twice after my original purchase was depleted. This needs to be addressed! #Dissatisfied. Most likely will not purchase again.
No improvement
Wish I could say it worked for me but after giving it a chance (4 jars later) I saw no improvement.
Waste of money and overrated
First time I tried this lip gloss it was gifted to me. Lips did actually plump up a little bit, but they don't stay plumped for very long however the sheer color is nice. Then I decided to order myself at sales price. One free etc. It took literally almost 2 weeks to reach me, I was given a tracking number that didn't work. Company appears to be disorganized; I sent an email no response, after about 10 phone calls trying to reach somebody. "High call volume". I finally spoke to a woman she said, seems like order was forgotten. They have a warehouse in CA which is where I am located. I was told I would receive my shipment 2 days later it actually showed up the following day. It was a pain in the behind to have to babysit my shipment and the product is mediocre at best. Waste of money and time.
Not working
I have been using this product for 6 weeks and I have not noticed a difference.
This product is a MUST HAVE
I had no idea how necessary this product was until I ran out. I quickly reordered and once again my hands are smooth and beautiful.
Disappoint
So far not impressed I'm 64 years old .... it also flakes .. I'm dissappointmented another time with a product and no results ...

Did nothing for me.... I'll keep using until gone, maybe I'll have some cumulative effects
Moist but no plump
This product does keep my lips moisturized, but it does not plump my lips which is disappointing.
Early days but disappointed
It does work but it's not true that it doesn't sting. It does. I don't have sensitive skin and have never reacted to any products before. It's feels just like a regular bee venom gloss and the promise that it wouldn't feel like that is exactly why I bought into this product. No one wants stinging red lips. I can't deny it has a plumping effect which is very noticeable, but my lips go bright red and my lip line looks like it's bleeding. My boyfriend came home and asked if I'd burned my mouth. It's fantastic they offer a money back guarantee and I would have taken advantage of this but living in the UK I've already paid more in shipping and customs tax that the product retails for. Such a shame, I've been so excited about receiving it and had such high expectations. It may be the one for others but not for me.
No plumping effect
I received my first order of City Lights clear lip gloss 4 days ago and was very happy to give this product a try. My goals were to 1) enjoy the stated lip plumping effects advertised and 2) hopefully have lip moisture improved (over my dependency on regular lip balm applications). I apply City Lights gloss a minimum of 4x/day (after meals & b/f bed) and have noticed absolutely NO lip plumping effects whatsoever. I have however been impressed with how long my lip moisture is lasting following each application. The product is very, very sticky but that was anticipated given the level of gloss evident from the promotional video information. So, I'm extremely disappointed in having zero plumping from the product but I'm happy enough with the lip moisture increase I'm feeling. As the plumping effect seems the primary marketing point, I would not recommend this product.
not enough in tube to know if continual use works
How long does one tube last? Using CITY Lips 2 to 3 times a day AS WELL AS applying it at night before bedtime, the tube lasts from 4 to 6 weeks. I saw this...I don't think mine will last a week if I use it 3 times a day. Brand new I had to swirl the wand to get enough to put on my lips. I don't know what the deal is but I held off using it again because I need it for one event coming up , so I will wait to use it that weekend so there is enough. Don't know if I got a bad batch or what. I don't want to say I would or would not recommend this to a friend, in case I just got a bad one that isn't typical. I put no just in case the amount is so small and it is the norm.
Not satisfied
City lips is not really what i expected. It does not go on very smooth and leaves apinkish outline around my mouth. Hard to take off. Any suggestions????
It didn't work for...
It didn't work for me. I followed the instructions to a T but no noticeable difference after 3 months using twice daily

I purchased the pink...
I purchased the pink nude. The photos look pink but in reality it's quite peachy looking. Not what I was expecting!

Color not as pictured
I ordered the Blush and was disappointed as it was much darker than indicated.

This product did not make any difference on my upper lip.
1 tube almost empty; 1 maybe 1/2; 1st was full
I did the Subscription for 3, and 1st was full, but other two obviously were not - 1 maybe 1/2 full - 1 almost empty & only got 1 time use! WHY? No real results yet but am 71 with deep wrinkles, so may not be for me. Some seem to imply it improves look over time, so how often is another question - WHICH BEGS THE QUESTION: why so little if studies say women used it TWICE/DAY?‼️. At that rate, tubes last about 1 week or less‼️. Is that why there's so little information & directions? Most give detailed directions & tips - even a video or videos on how to apply correctly, when (what order in beauty routine), tips for different problems (like deepness, area, best results for certain types……etc…… Most brands explain what order to put on products, how much to use, how to do so for different types, and tips for getting best results - I called in and Rep had to look up info, then said simply said to warm tube in hot water beforehand and use on clean face (didn't know if meant after beauty products and moisturizers, etc…. ). We need better instructions from the get go, not after we complain and you have cs contact us with "suggestions" on how to get the most from product - That's just BACKWARDS. Nothing about how much or how to use that little tip - when to use in beauty routine - nothing!
