Did nothing for my lips
I'm disappointed this did nothing to change my lips. I saw so many great reviews, so I was sure it would work. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money, and I will not be repurchasing.

breaks
if the liner is just alittle amout rolled out it breaks off when using. 😭 unfortunately it doesn't stay on very long either. I wanted this to be better than my CVS liner, but it's not.
sticky
Not sure if I received something different as I found this product very sticky and thick. Is it supposed to be like this? Certainly can't use it around the mouth unless you do it over night. I'm actually disappointed
Smells like Rubber
This gloss smells horrible. It smells like burnt rubber. It's as hydrating as any other lip product, but the plumping is weak. There are much better brands out there. They also included food advertisements in my package.
Beautiful color, disappointing product
I had high hopes for this lip liner. The color is beautiful and it looks nice on, but the quality of the liner point is poor. It breaks off each time I used it, even as I tried to just barely have a very small point. It looks nice, but didn't last any longer than any other lip liner.
It's ok
I love the feel of the oil, but it doesn't moisturize like the original city lip gloss and it definitely has zero plumping effect. I won't order this product again and I will just stick to the city lipgloss that I love.

Have purchased multiple clear and sheer color city lips. I have today that this is by far your best product based on results. However I am having a real problem with your continued use of additives that are rated bad by independent review. The same is true and sometimes even worse with some of your other products. Wax and petroleum not necessary. Preservatives in many others are even worse. Please take another look at your additives. There are other manufacturers eliminating these harmful compounds. I would like to continue to support your brand, but simply showing all that you do not use when there are still harmful ingredients still in your products is not enough.
Not sure I would reccomend
I have been using this product for about a month. I apply every night before bed. I am not overly impressed with the product. I see no change in my lip condition. I use the lip plumper and hydrator during the day ( which I love but wish it had spf in it). Not sure it's worth the money.

iM SORRY TO SAY I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS. BUT FOR ME IT DIDNT WORK. I DONT HAVE MANY LINES THAT NEED FILLED AS I GET BOTOX EVERY 3 MONTHS. SO I WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. I ALSO BOGHT THE LIP PLUMPING GLOSS. THAT ONLY MADE MY LIPS STING FOR AWHILE, DID NOT PLUMP THEM
Glorified lip gloss
I have been using City Lips for multiple weeks - still on my first tube. I was hoping for improvement in vertical lip lines. The gloss does look nice on my lips and even though it is clear, it seems to make my lips more colorful. The consistency is very thick and tacky, which works well at night - it stays on all night. But in terms of improvement to how my lips look, I have not seen any change. I probably won't purchase again since it is really expensive for what is really a glorified lip gloss.
Nice gloss but no plumping
I purchased this and the nighttime oil a few months ago and there are no instant benefits like the advertising would want you to believe. It's thick and can be sticky if too much is applied. It's a nice hydrating base to get myself out the door but there are no plumping benefits at all.
Left my lips, very dry, chapped, and sore
I was very excited to try this product as I have chronically dry and chapped lips and this one sounded like it could be a real game changer. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of using it, I had to stop because it made my lips even more dry and I was getting some sores on the inside of my mouth.
SADLY DISAPPOINTED
I've been using the Clear Lip Plumper for over 2 months. I see no difference in lip volume or the fine lines I'm starting to get. If this worked for me I would have bought a tube for every one of my girlfriends, but unfortunately it didn't. I would say for me, it was no different than using petroleum jelly. I wished it worked and I would give it 5 stars. There is a money back guarantee, which is nice, but not worth the hassle of returning the tube(s) and paying shipping. It was a buy one get one free offer (also nice). I'm sorry, I can't recommend this product.
Not plumping
The gloss is nice and lasts a good amount of time, but it does nothing to plump my thin lips. Very disappointed in that aspect, since that is why I purchased two lipgloss "plumpers." These are definitely NOT worth the price for just lip gloss…
City beauty products!
I've tried a number of your products over the past few years and I must say I'm disappointed! I've given each product more than enough time to show results and even ordered more to see if I'm wrong! Your line blurring wrinkle cream was the biggest disappointment! Your products are not inexpensive so I thought there would be better results! I'm afraid I'm not purchasing any more!
Disappointed
I wanted to love it…I'm not sure it's doing anything but I keep using it because I want it to work so badly. I didn't return it but I won't reorder. To be fair my lines are pretty deep but I was hoping for a noticeable difference. :(
Hydrating…BUT
Nothing more than an expensive/over priced lip gloss. It is hydrating enough but that is all it has going for it. Don't get suckered in by all the hype on social media, this is NOT a miracle in a tube. It did not fade away or "plump" any lip lines and did not give my lips a fuller appearance.
Slight wrinkle relief
I believe my wrinkles might be too much and too deep to see any change, and I probably will not order again. I followed the instructions and used my finger to dab on the product where there are wrinkles between my brows, outer edge of eyes, around my lips and around my mouth area in general. Unfortunately there wasn't hardly any visible difference -disappointing. Too expensive to order again.
No difference
I have been using this product for almost a month and I noticed no difference. Unfortunately I am so disappointed. I really was hoping this would help with my wrinkles.
City Lips Plumping Lip Gloss, Hydrate and Nourish - smells awful
I purchased the City Lips Plumping Lip Gloss Hydrate and Nourish and although I like the feel of the product the smell and taste are just awful. It smells like burned coffee grounds and dirty socks and tastes worse.
