This does nothing!
This product puts a sticky, gelatinous layer of goo on your lips. It does nothing to soften wrinkles or "plump" lips.
City lip gloss
I tried it for 3 days and the outside of my lips are so dry and I broke out in a rash all over my face and earloabs!
Didn't do anything
Not sure how long this is supposed to take to plump but I've been using this all day everyday for 5 days and absolutely no change.
Unhappy
This product does not seem to do anything is very sticky and their customer service email doesn't work. Scam, don't waste your money or time.
10 minutes never came !!
Not one ounce of tingle not one ounce of plump after 10 minutes...nothing!! What a ripe off.
Cancel charges/order
I tried to place an order with my MasterCard for the city lips. It said my card was declined . I tried again not understanding why and again was told it had been declined. today I look on my banking account and I have two charges of $39.95 which means they did go through and I had no verification. I would prefer to have. the order canceled because if I had wanted 2 tubes I would've gotten that particular deal and received a discount. Very unhappy! Taking money when told the card wasn't accepted and charge my card anyway. With NO verification of order placed is not acceptable. I hope that this reaches the proper persons as there is no contact information.

Hated the product. My lips felt weird and sticky. Returned 3 months ago for a refund. STILL WAITING!!!

I tried it twice. Both times i had a burning sensation and the clear color turned my lips red. Waste of $

I bought this and my lips are still chapped and look NOTHING like the models! I still have lines on my lips after months of use!

I got my city lip in clear. It
NO PLUMP & messes anything under or over it.
First of all - NO PLUMP; second, DOESN'T LAST at all; third, NO WAY helps OVER TIME (I tried); fourth-eighth (and I could go on….), MESSY, STICKY, BLEEDS, ACCENTUATES LINES; ruins anything put on lips under or over. How many studies, people, their ages, and who did the studies & when…… because I canNOT fathom how they reached these 90 percentiles positive results. Seems to me, it's more about jumping on the bandwagon and getting carried away by the smart media, ads, and WISHFUL THINKING so many of us can't seem to give up. That, or the HIGH PRICE TAG means quality & results to TOO MANY, or likely the two combined. SHINE is deceptive and so is the hype here. There seem to be a good number of negative reviews, that's for sure. I continue to try some of their other products influencers praise, but am getting to the point that I believe NOTHING on social media anymore - certainly not all the sales pitches (which have rapidly taken over all aspects of SOCIAL media, like the PIED PIPER)! Can't comment on other products yet, but losing faith as I go - in media, studies, AND so called unbiased reviews. Too bad I'm going on 72 & can't seem to keep hoping🤷
