its a fine oil - but does nothing to plump my lips

This product is nothing but lip gloss.
This is more of a thick moisturizing lio gloss. No plumping effect at all.

Formula change??
I've been purchasing this product (in clear) for over 15 years and have noticed a HUGE change in its formula. It used to actually tingle and plump, giving my lips a gorgeous pink hue. Now it barely stays "plump" for 5 minutes, and it doesn't affect my lips the way it used to. The worst part of it all is the scent. It smells strongly of chemicals and not vanilla-y as before. It may be due to an older batch that I received, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt for now. I mainly use it before bedtime to keep my lips moisturized throughout the night. The stickiness/tackiness is great for that at the very least.

Does not work
I bought two tubes of this product and have gone through almost both. Bought a little over a month ago and have been using twice a day as per instructions and have seen no improvement.
Lip Plumper
I ordered two lip plumpers in different colors and noticed how sticky they are. I kissed my husband's lips and he immediately said "Why is that so sticky?" I knew it was but wanted to see if he noticed, and surely he did! I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to using them. My lips are tiny so I need something to make them look bigger.

I purchased several jars to take advantage of pricing but wish I hadn't. Cancelled subscription. When I apply the balm & after absorbed, it flakes (similar to peeling after a sunburn). Thought it may be a bad jar so opened another jar. Same thing happened. There is slightly less creping so decided on 2 rating vs 1.
