My lips have gotten worst since I began using this product. Lines are more pronounced and after applying, my lips became so sticky and the shine was no attractive at all. The weeks after I began to use it I saw an increase in lines around my mouth. I asked for a refund. /I doubt I'll get my 35 dollars back, we'll see.
This product doesn't plump , it hydrates but that's all it does for me. I followed all directions and put it on before bed, no tingle no plumping . I'm very disappointed, especially seeing all the reviews .
I am in love with this product. I have been using it for about 2 weeks night and day.and All I can say is WOW!!! The lines that are above my lips were pretty noticeable, but they're not now.. I highly recommend this product..
I have been using this product for a couple of years because I live it and consider it essential to my upkeep. I purchase the clear and use it every night. What I like the most is the texture of my lips is always smooth and glowing. No more dry lips for me. My lips always look rosy and plump.
I signed for a parcel and it wasn't for me and it has the wrong address on it, I cant ring from Australia I can't emails from Australia what can l do it is frustrating.
Honestly with the very first application I went hours and didn't even notice my lips and I'm a fanatic for chapstick blistex eos etc. When I licked my lips they felt amazing... smooth hydrated and exfoliated. I bought clear and buying some colored ones today. I'll be a monthly customer and have already recommended to friends and family. The gloss stays on perfectly. I put more on in the afternoon and again at bedtime and I cannot believe the plumpness today. You really must try it to believe it!
I have an Amazon gift car that I was trying to order clear City Lips Plumper and there isn't one only colors, and they are 44, 59, 84, dollars? What's going on?
Amazing product! Not only does it plump lips and fine lip lines but it moisturizes . I have tried 4 other top rated plumpers, including Dior, this product steals the show!!!! My only recommendation is to simply the packaging. It's lovely but completely un- necessary, the product stands out on its own. Make the packaging simple and recyclable and reduce the cost by $5 . Regardless, I'm sold and a customer for life. That's remarkable, it takes a lot for me to be loyal to any brand !

This is the best lip plumper I have ever used. There is no tingling or burning and the results are amazing! My lipstick glided right over the plumper without any issues.
I took a chance on my first order and bought 4 clear plumbers, thinking I'll just give them as gifts. Ha Ha, this stuff is amazing it works great, looks wonderful, and is very sexy on the lips. Glad I bought 4 cause I gave 1 to my mother who said she didn't like it or need it so I had also purchased a few with color and found her color and she loved it. I haven't actually tried the product because I never received it, although the tracking number said it was delivered. I called the company and they're resending my order at no cost to me. There is still good customer service out there & this company went above & beyond! Thank you so much!
I was SO skeptical over the claim of being a lip treatment vs a lip plumper, but let me tell you, the results after 1 week of consistent use are UNBELIEVABLE. I was at the verge of getting lip injections, but my mom bought me two of these for christmas and holy cow, lip injections are not even needed. I wish I could attach pictures to this review to show. This is my holy grail and I will continue buying it as long as they make it for the rest of my life.
It's amazingly effective! I have had dry, cracked lips ever morning, living in the high dessert. I noticed a distinct improvement after just the first use! I gave my 86 year old mother a tube recently and she said she is very happy with her results. Buy more than one!
This is the best product I have ever tried on my lips. Everything else I have tried has a burning sensation & did no good. I am 73 years old & I truly love this product. I used this gloss and the result is swolen, chalked like with a red ring of scale completemy around my lips. My lioschave been like this for several days and are sore and painful. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
