Beautiful Color, excellent hydration
This is my favorite City Lips color and I have many! It is very hydrating and the color is me, but better. It's my everyday go to.
The day oil feels great, but to me, it doesn't plump at all, which is disappointing as I like it better than the regular because it's smoother and doesn't get sticky
Although I love how this feels, I don't feel like it plumps at all. Expected a similar experience as with the regular lip treatment, but just not as sticky.
