I am pleased with my results after using Ultra Firming Dry Oil on my neck and collarbone area 2x/day for the last four weeks. The change was noticeable & I am not covering my neck with fashion scarves! I am a 64 year old retired PE, Dance & Outdoor Education teacher with plenty of sun damage. Nice product!

While I wait for a miracle, I feel the softness beginning! The pure joy in lightly rubbing in this dainty-feeling oil surprises me. I have only been using 4 weeks. I refuse to put on glasses YET to see, but there IS a difference in the feel!
New Clothes For Your New Neck!
I like the Ultra Firming Dry Oil. My neck definitely looks less wrinkled and feels soft. But I worry that the oil will get on my clothes. If my neckline sits high up on my neck I don't wear the dry oil. So I am choosing to wear a much lower neckline these days!

I've been using complete skin restore for a few months. Supporting the skin from the inside out makes great sense to me. This supplement takes the place of several different ones I was using. My skin is happy with this product!!

Ultra-Firming Dry Oil WORKS!
I love this product and most especially the effect on my neck and decolletage which was starting to age but I caught it just in time. I am 63 ang I have a 40 year old looking neck in less than 3 weeks of application. It leaves my neck soft and supple to the touch and the excess I massage it on the back of my palms and I noticed the crepey skin has started to even out.
Getting there
Have been using for several weeks and I am seeing about a 50% improvement in the loose skin appearance on my neck. Will continue to monitor in the next several weeks. Nothing is an overnight correction

Like with all new products from City Beauty, I am always interested - I have found them all to be super-cool. The Ultra Firming Dry Oil was no exception. It is very light to use & not greasy as many oils can be. It went on easily and within a few days I noticed a difference - a kind of elasticity to my skin. What a Product
Really blown away with this product. Tried so many, as I kept looking in the mirror at a tired old neck, it has made such a difference. Tried everything, my neck is looking as though it belongs to a late40's/50's as I am in my late 60's. Really pleased, thank you
