Noticeable results
I have used Ultra Firming Dry Oil for two weeks now on my neck and décolletage and I see a noticeable difference in both areas. Fewer neck wrinkles and smoother décolletage. I started adding a little to my wrinkles on my jawline as well and I see improvement. I am 74 and I'm happy to report my skin color and texture has improved with all my City Beauty products. Dry Firming Oil
I have noticed a lessening of loose skin on my neck. And I like the absorption of the oil. I find myself using this formula on my tops of my hands and arms because it absorbs so well.

I only have been using ultra firming dry oil for a couple weeks now but I've seen a considerable difference in fine lines and wrinkles around my neck and décolleté. Very happy with the results I was starting to feel that my neck and chest area was making me seem older than I really am. Highly recommend

I am older so I take a little older so things take longer. Probably haven't been using long enough. I like how it feels great putting on haven't ssen much in results yet.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks and my lines and wrinkles around my mouth and chin area are not as obvious. I just placed my second order for the Sculpting Cream which I will be using at night for my face and neck. I am replacing everything I have with City Beauty as I run out. Ultra Firming Dry Oil is true to its description. It hydrates the neck and décolleté area famously lasting for hours. I'm 72 and this is the best product I've found for bringing back youth to an area that likes to show aging. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat.
Already can see the difference
I have only been using this product one week and I can already see a difference. My neck is smoother and my décolleté has fewer creases. Giving it a 4 out of 5 as I find it takes a long time to absorb and is a bit oily which I was not expecting especially based on the product name.
