Absolutely LOVE this Ultra-Firming Dry Oil! The difference in my neck and decollete are amazing! I've tried many creams and treatments, and nothing seemed to work. I honestly thought, at my age, nothing would improve the appearance of my loose skin. Nothing that I tried gave me the immediate effect that this dry oil did. It literally has taken years off my appearance. I highly recommend this product.

I had very high hopes for this product as I use the serum and don't like to go a day without it; I was not disappointed. In just 2 days I noticed such a difference that it's almost unbelievable. And I am not the only one who noticed ;) I had thought that wearing a necklace was something I should no longer do, attracting attention to an area which, despite my best efforts, had really started looking it's age, lol. I have since started wearing necklaces and just feeling more 'me' again in my own skin. Not drastic, not expensive and it works instantly. It does. It works. Just like it says. It's completely UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

I have been using the Dry oil for about a week now and I can say I do notice a improvement in my skin on my neck. Not a lot but I have only be using it a short time so hopefully as time goes on it will improve even more.

I have been using City Beauty Products for several years. They have all been effective in restoring my face and neck areas. However, after trying Ultra Firming Dry Oil, I am amazed at its results! My neck area appears firmer and more youthful I am very pleased with this product!
I love the way this product absorbs into the skin leaving it smooth and hydrated. Anything else applied after just glides on. I am seeing a positive difference in skin looking younger and more supple. I wish you had this type of formula (dry oil) for the face.
My neck has shown improvement. To tell you the truth, I was shocked. After trying so many different neck creams and not getting any results, I was pleasantly surprised at the results. I am 79, so not expecting miracles. I know I will never have a nice smooth neck, but I am pleased with the results.

Hi, I am 76 and look 60, thanks to city beauty products . The dry oil is great ,a little hard to apply but it works . I believe in time it will even improve my look even more. Maybe i'll Look 50 again ,Lol
I love this dry oil! I failed to take a before picture but I can see an improvement in my neck. I also apply a bit on wrinkle prone areas on the face, because I'm worth it.

So turning 50 brings changes. in addition to a healthy diet and daily exercise there is no doubt our skin needs help. This product definitely does what it says. The dreaded turkey neck is happening. I can definitely say that after a month of using this product the neck sag has improved by at least 50% giving a younger look and bringing me more self confidence.

I am pleased with my results after using Ultra Firming Dry Oil on my neck and collarbone area 2x/day for the last four weeks.
