I was one of those "boomers" who worshipped the sun and loved getting the best suntan all summer for many many summers. I've been looking for the miracle potion to undo the years of basking to a golden brown especially on the neck and décolletage. This is it! I'm serious, two weeks of using it morning and night have made a huge difference. I will be reordering soon.
Going through menopause my skin has gotten extremely dry. What had worked before,doesn't now. I was scepitcal at first, but honestly after a couple of weeks I'm sold! Upset I didn't order more , never want to be without.
This really works! I tried just about everything for my turkey neck from cremes, oils to neck masks and nothing seems to work. I tried this new "dry oil" out and thought ... what the heck. Well, it works. I smoothed it over my neck and the skin seems to smooth itself out all my itself. I don't know what kind of magic is in this stuff but I want more for my whole body.
Wow so amazed at how great this oil is it really works my neck looks lifted i can see my chin definition I use it two or three times a day 💕
I'm not only a skeptic, I'm also rather particular with respect to the products I put on my body. I had only ever used Olay products for some 30+ years; and then I discovered City Beauty. Now I won't use anything but City Beauty! I've been trying this new dry oil, and I honestly didn't think it would make much of a difference on my decollage. Amazingly, it's actually softening and smoothing the look of my skin. It's a beautiful oil, and while I find the perfume in it to be too strong, I would definitely recommend it ... thank you City Beauty for your constant research and development and for making such fantastic products. I love you guys!! 😂
I was excited to read the write up about this product. I've been using it twice a day for a few weeks so far. My neck crepeyness is going away, and I hope to banish permanently any thoughts of surgery or forever wearing turtlenecks. It's so exciting! I've tried so many creams, to no avail. Thanks for this effective product.
This product is phenomenal. After a week of using it, I began to see an improvement in the appearance of the lines in my neck. The depth is better and the lines are becoming less visible.
I recently started using this dry oil on my neck & decolletage and have noticed faint changes in my neck lines and the crepey skin on my decolletage area in a short time period. I'm thrilled & will continue to use this dry oil daily for continued improvement. I really like that it isn't greasy and doesn't transfer to my clothing like other products I have used in past. Thank you for developing this product.
This product is different from any I've tried. First of all..."dry" oil? It absorbs fast, doesn't leave the skin greasy but does leave it oh so soft. I have been using almost a month now and feel like it's improving my neck and decolletage area but I will give it another month for the most accurate assessment. All in all I'd give it an A at this point!

I'm 63 and have lost some weight, so the skin becomes saggier and wrinklier with those factors. I feel this oil has really helped to firm up my neck especially. It doesn't feel at all greasy and absorbs immediately.
I absolutely LOVE this product! I have tired many creams and light therapy for my neck. Once I started using Ultra Firming Dry Oil I could literally feel it working to tighten and firm the skin. I honestly LOVE this product! I have a lot of sun damage on my décolletage and neck and the heavier creams that I would use, would make me breakout with bumps so I really had a dilemma. I was SO Excited to see this product announcement! I also love the fact that you can put it on right before you get dressed without any issues, which was also an issue with using the heavier creams and lotions!
I've had laser treatments on my neck and décolleté before and I have to say that I have been pleased with the results. However, of late my décolleté area has been looking mottled and old. I've had the Dry Oil now for about a month and have been using it regularly, morning and night. I am noticing a difference in the appearance of this area already and am looking forward to more improvement. Thank you City Beauty!
I love the Ultra-firming Dry Oil. It feels great on my skin and I like that it doesn't stay oily. I enjoy all the products but the firming oil might just be one of my favorites.
I love this new products. Within seconds I could feel and see a smoother neck. This is my new favorite product. But I will not get rid of any of the other products because I love them too.
I have only been using this product for 5 days but can already see and feel a difference to my neck and decolletage. The oil feels and smells lovely and hopefully as I continue to use it I will begin to see even more good results!
This neck oil does what creams can't on my skin. I knew I needed something better than face cream but, it wasn't until I tried this oil that my skin found joy! My sensitive skin needed this oil because it nourishes so very well and softens my aging skin wonderfully. I am grateful for this product and will continue using it!

The Ultra Firming Dry Oil makes my neck and chest area all the way down to my decolletage feel incredibly soft. Not only does that area feel soft, it also looks soft. And what is really great is that it is not the least bit greasy so you can apply it and get dressed right away.
