Vive la difference
While I wait for a miracle, I feel the softness beginning! The pure joy in lightly rubbing in this dainty-feeling oil surprises me. I have only been using 4 weeks. I refuse to put on glasses YET to see, but there IS a difference in the feel!
New Clothes For Your New Neck!
I like the Ultra Firming Dry Oil. My neck definitely looks less wrinkled and feels soft. But I worry that the oil will get on my clothes. If my neckline sits high up on my neck I don't wear the dry oil. So I am choosing to wear a much lower neckline these days!

I've used the product for a week and I can already see the difference! I have been very careful choosing what I wore because of my neck. Today I wore a sweater that I would never have worn before the Ultra Firming Dry Oil. I also like the feel of the oil on my skin. I like it so much I ordered more, it's definitely a must have!

Ultra-Firming Dry Oil WORKS!
I love this product and most especially the effect on my neck and decolletage which was starting to age but I caught it just in time. I am 63 ang I have a 40 year old looking neck in less than 3 weeks of application. It leaves my neck soft and supple to the touch and the excess I massage it on the back of my palms and I noticed the crepey skin has started to even out.
Getting there
Have been using for several weeks and I am seeing about a 50% improvement in the loose skin appearance on my neck. Will continue to monitor in the next several weeks. Nothing is an overnight correction

It truly works to firm the neck. I have horizontal lines and fatty pouches. I apply it with the backs of my fingers in an upsweep motion. Really see a difference. Absorbs quickly. This is now one of my must have staples. Thank you.

Like with all new products from City Beauty, I am always interested - I have found them all to be super-cool. The Ultra Firming Dry Oil was no exception. It is very light to use & not greasy as many oils can be. It went on easily and within a few days I noticed a difference - a kind of elasticity to my skin. I shall keep on using it - also on my face as well as neck! I noticed a softness to my skin I hadn't seen before and it just felt different and conditioned. Thank you City Beauty!

I love dry oils, good skin care & quality products, especially for my neck & eye areas, so this is great. It soaks in well & can be layered (but not necessary) with your favorite neck cream. Would recommend.

LOOKING YOUNGER IN THE NECK AND CHIN AREA
My neck was not showing much aging in discoloration, but the sagging both directly under the chin (double chin?) and along each side of the Adam's apple was concerning. The oil has begun to firm that up and it is looking a little better each day. Thank you.

I love the way ultra-firming dry oil makes my skin feel and look. It's more moisturized, soft and starting to look less crepey. My neck has a way to go but I've only been using product for 3 weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing long term results.

I enjoy the ease that the dry oil goes onto my skin. It feels luxurious and seeps into the skin quickly. It is easy to apply anything( eg sunscreen) after it quickly.
