Pretty darn good
Def plumps after application. Effects don't last. Have to keep reapplying.
Wrinkles in upper lip.
As I got older (60) my lips became very thin, especially my upper lip. I feel I am an atttactive woman and this really brought my self esteem down. I looked into surgery but was way to expensive. I saw this product and seriously had my doubts. I thought if nothing else I would get a great clear lip shine to put on top of my lipstick. First time I put it on, I felt my lips felt fuller. Still doubtful I thought it was my imagination. However I loved the shine and the moisture it gave my lips. I applied every morning and night. Before I used the product, I hated looking in the rear view mirror ( checking myself out before I entered work ) because I hated seeing the lines and thinnest of my upper lip. Outside light really defined it. I felt 10 years older. After using the product for about 2 weeks much to my surprise I liked what I saw in the mirror. My lips were plumper and my fine lines were almost gone!! My lower lip was plumper also. I had deeper lines in my lower lip. The lines were not gone but less noticeable. I felt so much better about myself! I ran out of the product and forgot to order more, about a week later I noticed my upper wrinkles coming back and my upper lip was back to being so thin I could hardly see it. I will never be without this product again. It's not a miracle worker but ladies it improved the look of my lips by 75%! I love using it also at night on top of my lipstick for a high gloss look. Think what you want but I am writing this because I indorse this product 100%! I will never be without it again! Not sure why I ordered it in the first place. I think everything is a scam but I am so happy I did! City Lips thanks for giving me my self esteem back!❤️

Well when I try something new I'm very sceptable about it working. But if the price is not outrageous I will try it to see if this might be the thing I've been trying to find. Due to all the medication I take I do have a somewhat dry mouth and terrible dry lips. I'm sure using products of all kinds do not help my lips but seem to make them worse. City Lips does seem to help my lips from getting so dry that I continually lick them. One other thing that I will start trying now is being able to wear lipstick and not licking it off within a few minutes. Do you have a lipstick that you think will stay on and not fade within a few minutes? I've got about 50 to 75 tubes of almost new lip sticks that are very pretty but cannot keep on my lips. Thank you so much for working on products that help people like me
