Does not work as advertised. Way overpriced.
It does not work and has an unfavorable smell
Its just lip glass. I dont see any plumping or benefit from it.

The lipgloss does not work
The product does not work, I contacted twice to return the lipgloss and I was told I will get the email with the instructions to return the product, I did not get any email, very bad service, I wanted to get my money back.

Not what I was hoping for!
The gloss has a nice shine, but I found the formula to be much stickier than I prefer. It also didn't give the plumping effect that was advertised. If you're sensitive to texture or looking for noticeable volume, this may not be the best option.

I hate it.
I have been a years long lover of City lips and City lips night oil. I was excited to try Line therapy. I'm sorry to review that I really hate it. It feels very drying and after a couple of weeks of use I developed dry, chapped lips for the first time in years. It feels gross immediately after application. Very disappointing.

Disappointing lip gloss
I am sorry but this did not work for me. I have before and after pics and there is no difference. They are just shiny and oily. Very disappointed. Would love to post pics but don't see where I can.

Horrible product and customer service
Purchased city lash serum at one of their suppliers and got a allergic reaction plus half my lashes came off. The supplier said they don't do any returns on beauty products and to contact the manufacturer and I did and because they directly didn't sell me the product so they couldn't do anything but could offer me a new product, like no thnaks. So both of them didn't do anything and I'm left with half lashes and a bad reaction.
Misleading $10 sample
Years ago I bought samples that were in a tube with an applicator and I thought that's what this was. It's those tiny bubbles less than a pinky nail of product.
Eye lifting cream
I have almost finished a tube of this cream and have yet to see any improvement at all. I will continue to use the rest and sure hope I see some improvement soon.
Do not use
This product makes lips WORSE. I have a feeling it's because the ingredients do not work well in dry climates. (Hyaluronic acid may remove moisture in dry climates, not the other way around). It would be okay if this didn't do what was promised (most cosmetics are hit and miss) but after using it for two days my lips are worse, more puckered, more lines. Gah. At the very least, if you are in a dry climate do not buy.
Lip plumper
Color is fine, but it doesn't work. And its pretty tacky, sticky. The lip plumper lacks everything. I only tried 1 color as I bought 2 different colors. I'm highly disappointed and very unhappy. I've not been able to find any number or emailing address. Would I purchase it again? A big NO on that one. I doubt I'll buy another product from you.
BIG disappointment
When they say "sample," they mean it. $10 for a card with three one-use dots of lip gloss. This is the size other companies offer for free or as a free gift with purchase. Does NOT make me eager to purchase anything else. RIPOFF
I would give a minus if it was available
They rip you off! Don't fall for their expensive items. There are no such miracle creams, serums etc. And there customer help service is non existent. They have scammed me of over $259!!
Fragrance highly irritating 😒
I couldn't use it. I love all products I've tried from City Beauty so I made the assumption I would love this. And I bought 4 bottles during a buy one get one free. But I couldn't use it because it has some highly irritating fragrance. I should have returned, but it was not convenient for me. About a year later I have them away to my cousin, and then she was also bothered by the scent and eventually threw them out. Huge waste. :(
No better than $5. Drugstore lip gloss
Zero plumping effect after weeks of use. Had a mild tingle in one little area one time but. no plumping. Don't waste your money! No different than an ordinary non plumping gloss you can buy anywhere for $5. or $6.
Just another gimmick
No stars is more appropriate, but not an option. Their claim "City Lips® is a plumping lip gloss that provides both an immediate and long-term solution for your lips." is just another gimmick. While I would like to return the product, the cost and aggravation involved in doing so make it an impractical option for me (purchased while in the US and now residing in Canada).
City lips clear
Received my order and was hopeful. I think my tube must be old, because it is super sticky. Feels like I am putting Elmers glue on my lips. Needless to say, I noticed no plumping. Will ask for refund. I also ordered 2 more tubes, so undecided as to whether I will open them or just return the whole lot.
