I wear the lip oil every single night. It helps my very very dry chapped lips alot! Before your lip oil, I would even wake up to put lip balm on 2 or 3 times. But, I've used the line therapy consistently and can tell absolutely no difference.
Have been using this on my arms for a couple of weeks now, not sure how it should take to see a difference but nothing so far. How long should you massage it in for?
It was hard to recognize any appreciable difference in my lids. I'd hoped for more. Maybe I needed to use it for a longer period before I saw a result?
I've been using city lips for a month and a half, my lips have not transformed into the lovely line-less lips of the woman advertising…it is a nice gloss though. I think it has plumped my lips a little, similar to "too faced" product I had been using but without the stinging. It is a good lip moisturizer and helps prevent chapped lips as much as my burts bees go-to product. It's very sticky though, which is fine, but my hair gets stuck to it frequently and leaves greasy streaks on my glasses/sunglasses. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and will keep using it, if for no other reason than staying out of Sephora.
I ordered your product and used it for a while and really liked it. Then, I got on to reorder and checked the ingredients and was so disappointed to see that the City Lips formulas contain several dyes that are considered unhealthy. I was very sad indeed as I really liked the way the product performed.
I don't know that I would purchase this product again. It didn't burn like other products that claim to plump, but I wasn't overly impressed. Especially at the price point. I probably won't purchase it again.
Im 59, purchased a clear, and 3 colored lipgloss, and I have used one of them everyday & night. It does seem to moisturize well. I don't see any plumping effect. The biggest difference I have noticed is my long hair is pasted across my mouth in the morning, and my cats fur gets attached to my sticky lips. The city beauty models must already have full lips or fillers. I won't be purchasing this product again.
Did not realize this was just simply a lipgloss. I thought it was an actual overnight treatment which helped to plump your lips while you were sleeping. Because the ad I saw had someone with white foamy stuff all over their lips and covered with plastic. So I'm definitely confused by the time you pay for shipping and the product you're spending $41 for lip gloss. I was anxious to try their other products but now I'm a little skeptic.
Love the lip plumper. It works immediately to plump lips with no sting or discomfort A+++ The line filler around my mouth smooths a little. Directions were not clear as to how best to use it so that may be part of the problem. City lips night is good to have, but again I see little difference.
I would love to say that I love this product but I am still waiting for someone to answer my question. I have emailed you 4 times with the same question and now I'm asking again in this survey. All I want to know is how to use it and what other products I can use at the same time. Quite a while ago I remember reading that it shouldn't be used with something else, which I don't remember, and it shouldn't be used every day. I'm still waiting for an answer so I am not able to honestly give a review now
I am a big fan of City Beauty and I want to give this a great review, but I'm not sure this product is working. Maybe I need to use it a longer to give it a fair review. Maybe my lip lines are too far gone due to years of smoking and they're a lost cause. I'll use the two tubes I purchased. If I'm able to update this review, I will. The night oil and the lip plumper definitely work and get five stars!
I like the feel & consistency of this cream. Soaks in quickly. I feel the need to add additional moisturizer/night cream after it has been absorbed. I have not seen any change in my lip lines yet but I have only been using it a few weeks. I ordered 2 tubes so I will continue to use it and look for improvement. Very little product in one tube though.
I have been a diehard City Lips fan for over 10 years. I wear a swipe of clear gloss every night and my lips are so lush the next day. I tried the oil just for something new & I have to say the gloss is way better. The night oil is too watery and just wears off. I don't see any need in adding another product to my routine when City Lips is actually more hydrating (and I always have a few on hand). I'm sure this product is wonderful but not compared to use City Lips at night.
I'm always willing to try something once. After a month of use, I don't see or feel a difference. The cream has a very unpleasant bitter taste. It lingers for about 15 minutes, otherwise I'd never have applied it a second time. Perhaps there are greater results with extended use. But cost is more I'm willing to spend to continue to use it.
I have only been using this product for a few weeks and to date I can see no difference. I don't really believe that there is a product out there that can reduce wrinkles and fine lines and I have tried many. I want to believe but my mirror doesn't lie.
I saw this product when it sponsored a makeup tutorial by Glam Gabi. Since I have an issue with my right eye, being smaller and refused to have eye surgery, I thought this is the cure! I was immediately upset when I squeezed the product and very obvious that they cheat with the tube not at all full. However, I tried it and Maybe I see a slight improvement. However, I am not sure I want to patronize a product that scams you with the content.
This did not do anything for my thin lips. I really thought it was going to a least plump them up some. It is really thick and sticky which I also did not like. I would not buy it again. Sorry but this is my honest opinion.
I have used city lips line therapy every day since receiving it but have so far not seen an improvement in the lines around my lips. Admittedly, I didn't receive it very long ago so I'm still hopeful that I'll see an improvement. All other products I have bought have worked so I expect that this one will too.
I anxiously awaited the arrival of this product. I have been a City Beauty Consumer for the past 5 + years. My main problems are around my mouth. It is a product and aesthetics desert. This product worked a little, but still didn't work as well as I like. I don't know if I will reorder and put it on subscription. It just does not seem to help. I am still using my first tube, and some of the products take some time to work. My status ... Time will tell.
I like the oil. However, when you get about half way through the tube you can't get the rest of the product out of the tube! I've tried everything and now I have allot of product that I can't even use. Product is good, not life changing but delivery component is awful and poorly designed.
