I love it sometimes it feels heavy though.

I purchased this lip treatment in Tinsel Town. PROS: It comes in a very nice package which prevents any problems during shipping. The color is very sheer (I cannot tell there's any color at all once I apply it) which is nice if you want to apply it on top or under a lipstick. I normally have very dry lips and have to apply a balm a few times a day in any weather, and since I started using this product I only apply it once before bed and my lips remain very soft and hydrated all throughout the day, no cracking or peeling at all. I am very impressed. The burning at first application, common in most lip plumping products is not bad at all and it only lasts a couple of minutes the first time. CONS: The formula is very thick and it feels very sticky, I can feel my lips taking a second to separate. I was hoping it had more of an oil texture. It is also highly glossy, which might be something a lot of other people like. I noticed my lips to get a bit bigger the first time, but after that I don't really see a difference. In conclusion, I am going to keep this lip gloss for the night time. I love that the ingredients are clean, no animal testing and that it actually makes my lips soft and healthy.
I have very dry lips and have always had to apply a lip balm every 30 min to a hour. When I saw the add for city lips on Pinterest I was intrigued but also skeptical that city lips would work as claimed. I'm in Canada and with the exchange rate and shipping this product is costly for me, and it took almost 3 weeks to get it, this is why I gave it 4 stars- I think they could offer free international shipping. When I tried my clear city lips for the first time my lips went red and tingled, this subsided after using a few times. Although if I put the product on the skin around my lips it does go pink still. Aside from those effects I have noticed the lines on my lips are not as deep and my lips are so moisturized. My lips appear a little plumped when I apply it. I only need to apply it a few times a day as it stays on and I don't find myself licking it off. It is quit sticky so I wear my hair in a ponytail when it is windy out so that my hair doesn't stick to my lips. Overall I am pleased with this product - I ordered clear, I no longer need any other lip balms or chapsticks, and it works well with lipstick. I will order again!
I've been using this product on only one side of my face (forehead, crow's feet, smile lines) for approximately 6 weeks now. I do notice a definite change in the smoothness of my fine lines compared with the untreated side; very happy in that regard. However, I feel the packaging could use some work. Within about a week of use, the outer blue shell had broken at the base, leaving shards of navy plastic all over my counter and making it necessary to remove the outer part in order to properly work the pump. Additionally, frequent air bubbles inside the container seem to cause irregular dispensation- at times the pump of product will fly up into the air and land on the floor, in the sink, or anywhere else other than my finger where the tip is angled. Finally, over the weekend the product almost quit dispensing entirely, so I unscrewed the pump top from the inner chamber. There is at least another week's worth of product in the tube, as long as I'm willing to scoop it out with a q-tip (spoiler alert: considering the cost of this product, I am most definitely willing to do just that). In closing, I am pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the actual product; however, I wish there was a more convenient/less complicated container.
A really good product! Very glad I purchased this! I do recommend it!
Less wrinkles! The only thing is I'm having a problem getting it out.
I am not even halfway through by first jar of sculpting cream but I think I will be able to change my 4 star rating to 5 in the near future! I'm 62 and have always been obsessed with skin care. I've tried a lot of things, some inexpensive, some outrageous. This cream falls in the middle price-wise and it's much cheaper if you have it delivered monthly. I don't have wrinkles but have been very sad lately due to the appearance of my neck, eyelids, and areas around my mouth. There is a lot of sagging going on. I took a "before" photo. I don't notice a huge difference in my sagginess yet but have noticed some amazing benefits! The cream feels cool and absorbs quickly-I hate it when you have to rub and rub to get cream into your skin so this was one big benefit. It also smells great, but the smell doesn't linger. But what I am really thrilled about and the reason I think the results will be great is that my skin feels as smooth as glass a few minutes after application. I don't wear much makeup but what I do use goes on very smoothly. I recommend you give it a try!
Have only been using product for a short time but so far so good!
Silky and not greasy. Seeing some improvement after two weeks.
My hands and arms look and feel better not so dry and wrinkly
I've been using everyday. Really helps. Wish the container was larger and less expensive.
Noticeable improvement in crepey skin on arms. I use it every other day
I am in my mid 40s and my natural lips are my best feature. So when I started noticing fine lines I immediately started my journey into lip plumpers. Too Faced and Sephora lip plumpers made my lips sting badly and swell - and then when the swelling went down and the pain went away my lips were raw and more wrinkly and crusty. Gross I know. Buxom lip plumpers plumped my lips and made my lips feel cool like I was kissing an ice cube. I loved the sensation and fullness Buxom gave me. I tried City Lips and to be honest - I cannot even tell if it worked because I felt no sensation at all. My lips did plump up to a natural look - no duck lips here. My lips looked like they did when I was in my 20s and that made me happy! I am thrilled with the smell as it reminds me a little of Pepto Bismol. This product is about $6 more than Buxom. City Lips really cling to your lips almost to the point of being tacky. I cannot use Kleenex tissue to wipe my lips because I get tissue particles stuck to my lips. I need to use a paper towel and really rub it off. This product does everything it claims. I wish it offered more colors. I received the Tokyo Kiss color. My lips are already somewhat pale and this really makes me look "dead." I often have to pair Tokyo with another shade to bring color back to my lips. This shade was more opaque than the website led me to believe. I suggest getting the clear gloss for first time purchase. I don't know if I would repurchase this product simply because Buxom works just as well, the price is a little less, and I can easily get it at my local Ulta store. But I will say that City Lips is safe for my sensitive lips and does everything it claims.
Too early to tell. Just received and started using the product last week.
I like it. A friend says I look much younger.
