Best under eye treatment
This is the Best eye cream I have ever used. I have tried everything but surgery on my under eye bags, this was my last ditch effort to avoid it. While they are not GONE, they are far less noticeable and I believe still slowly getting better by the day. I'd say I saw a 50% improvement in a short amount of time. Anyone who has this problem knows it's not an overnight fix. I am no longer dreading pictures and in some I even look normal again. The crows feet are amazingly better and this was a huge benefit as I was targeting the bags. I religiously apply it am and pm and even sometimes twice, as I know you cannot have too much moisture in this area. Great product.

Best eye product on the market
This has definitely made a big difference in the appearance of the small lines at the corners and underneath my eyes. Absolutely love it!!

New user. Like the applicator and how it's applied. Decreases the appearance, but need to use a little linger to get full review. So far, very pleased.

Bought this about a month ago . I use very little to a moist face and I noticed in about 2 weeks a total change in my face, people made comments how nice my makeup looked and my skin looked! It totally changed the appearance of my look I feel more youthful. I'm 61 and my skin looks in my 40's my large pores are gone. I tried to order more and ur sold out so I ordered something else, I still have some left however, I'm using very sparingly. The damp face helps it spread more and has lasted me longer with this product! I rate it on a scale of 1-5 a 5++++ so please hurry up and make more!

I love this product!
I have used several City products and since I have been using the line-bluring wrinkle filler i have noticed a dramatic change in the lines around my mouth!
Amazing Product
It was amazing! I used it on my the lines between my eye brows and they have really become less noticeable.
