Love the product, customer service not so much. I've contacted customer service twice over the past two months, returned a product for a different color and have not heard from them at all. I shouldn't have to make a phone call - or post a bad review to get a response.
The applicator isn't long enough to reach the bottom...it's like vasoline goop and doesn't spread easily, too thick. No way will it last for 30 days. No directions are enclosed. I'm glad that I only ordered ONE. Shame on you people!
I would give this zero stars since it definitely doesn't plump as promised and the formula is thick and sticky. Not comfortable to wear and doesn't stay on more than 20 minutes. Similar to $3 drugstore brands.
I got it, hopeful. I think I have to stop buying things on Facebook promising the "fix". It just made my lips look like they were having a reaction, redness outside my lip area. The stickiness is unappealing. I gave it several tries and then figured it wasn't gonna get better.

Saw all of the "free of" advertisements for this, but they failed to mention it contains Ferric Ferrocyanide, though widely used is known that it can induce DNA fragmentation in vivo, suggesting it may have genotoxic effects. I loved the lip gloss, but I won't risk my health with more hidden chemicals. Do better.
I just received my City Beauty City Lips in clear. Literally have had it on for all of 10 minutes and my lips are burning and bright red! Even the area above my lips is red and inflamed. What the heck is in this stuff??? I'm super upset and disappointed to say the least!
The way that it is pictured leads you to believe you will receive MINI SAMPLE TUBES of product! Not the case! Smaller than an aspirin size of product, I can't carry that! $10 not very well spent for me!!!
This product has petroleum and is toxic. It contains 12 potentially harmful ingredients Also it does cause tingling contrary to the statement in the ad. It feels very sticky and uncomfortable on my lips...returning this fast!
Lip gloss is too sticky- I was hoping to experience the plumping effect/deep tingle that I read in some reviews. Disappointed/will be returning.

I bought this stuff & used it. When I put it on, it enhanced my lines & wrinkles! What a waste of money!

I really regret having bought 2 instead of trying one and then getting another. I already threw out the packaging for both "City Lips" so I can't return them.. ;-( The "adding volume to your lips" is completely not true.. I don't see any difference of the volume of my lips. I have been wearing it several times a day for about a week. The very first time I tried it I felt some kind of active ingredient reaction but without any change and since that one time nothing - Lips are very sticky and thick.. which is why it doesn't come off my lips so quickly.. $35 for a clear lip gloss .. sorry but I really am quite disappointed.. all the hype with no delivery..
Terrible product. Leaves a smudge rather than filler. Matters worse no refund when I used within 60day. Scam
I had high hopes but unfortunately, this did nothing for my lashes. I used the entire thing and didn't see any improvement.
This product does absolutely nothing for me. It didn't even somewhat help with diminishing wrinkles.
Followed the directions, but it seems that I am allergic to the product, or to one of the ingredients: my neck is peeling???
