The tube I rec'd crimped seal was not sealed completely and the product coming out the end. I am not satisfied with what was rec'd. I believe some of the product for how small the tube is for the money came out and not happy with that.
I bought this product and used it as directed IT DONE NOTHING NO IMPROVEMENT NO DIFFERENCE IN MY LIPS…Don't waste your money! I am loving my City Lips been using it for years..wish it done more But I still love it

So I used as directed for the 60day time. Basically ended up with a smudge which did nothing to help wrinkles as described. Matters worse will have to dispute as the 60 day period was questioned and no refund.
I ordered this product about 3 weeks ago in hopes that it would give me a natural plump-Nothing!!! It's sticky and after 3 weeks there are no results. What a waste of $35. It's going in the trash. What a disappointment!!!
I thought when I bought this it would work on my lips as I read all the reviews that customers are very happy with the results but idk I see no difference whatsoever I am an unsatisfied customer!
In about 2020 when I first started using city lips it healed my super dry flaky lips. In about 2023 they changed their formula and it now smells like chemicals and no longer hydrates, but irritates my dry lips and makes them dryer. I tried them again in 2025 but its a lost cause. their product quality has tanked
Product burned my lips , forget tingling this item makes your lips go on fire . I ran to wash it off and still nothing , i had to use Vaseline to wipe this stuff off and finally get relief . NEVER AGAIN !
I had high hopes for this after all the reviews. However, for me, it did nothing. In fact I found it counterproductive. It is nothing more than a high shine gloss. I had the Clear. Then if you put on lipstick, it just goes everywhere. I tried taking it off, and putting on the lipstick, but it was still a mess. I feel I wasted my money.
Hi I tried the lips plumer and im very desappointed. It didn't change anything to my lips or as you call it smoker lips. I found the product thick and sticky. Frankly not at all as advertised
I purchased this product because of the great reviews. However, I have noticed no improvement whatsoever. I have been using it for 5 months now. I would think I should be noticing some improvement by now. Perhaps it is a product that takes years to work? If that is the case, it's too pricey for me to continue to purchase ever again.
I had high hopes for this product. However it does not blur or fill any wrinkle of any kind. To be honest, it does absolutely nothing for my skin. Maybe it does really work for others. I'd recommend trying it. But don't have too high of expectations.
I was so excited to get this because I have thin lips and am starting to get "smoker" lines (I don't smoke). I've been using it for weeks and not only does it not help the lines, it doesn't plump my lips at all. I don't even feel a tingling like I do with MUCH cheaper brands. Very disappointed.
I GIVE THIS ZERO STARS!!I purchased the Line-Blurring Wrinkle Filler and it did NOTHING! Absolutely NOTHING! Do not buy this product as it is a total scam of advertisement!!! It does NOT work for anything. Hopefully I can get my money back as it says " 60 money back guarantee" We will see. DON'T BUY THIS , A WASTED OF MONEY!!!
I've been using this for months, I'm about to finish my 3rd tube but this didn't work at all. My eyelids are still very droopy. Had high hopes on this but I was wrong. Waste of money. Surgery is the only way. Still don't understand how this is rated 4.5!!
I unwittingly ordered this thinking I was getting a set of 3 small vials of the lip gloss. It is exactly as pictured on the site, a card with 3 drops of color and a picture of 3 tubes. The description does not clarify this, and does not give the quantity provided. Absolutely not worth $10!! In my estimation, these should be provided free with a purchase. I will absolutely send this "sample card" back.
Sorry City Lips!!! This product is a hard no for me. Had high hopes and purchased both. Does not last more than 20 minutes and my lips are not plump or hydrated. Waste of $$$ and not worth $39. Thank goodness I got 25% off. Pretty colorless and will use as night oil when I use up the ones I have. The night oil is great. I have been purchasing the gloss for years and that is my favorite product.

Or just set some cash on fire if you feel like wasting money. This stuff has ZERO plumping or hydrating and is sooo freaking sticky that if you have a hairstyle that reaches your lips be prepared to be picking your hair out of your lip gloss all damn day.
This stuff burned my lips so bad that I had to take it off after not even 5 minutes! Now my whole mouth and surrounding skin is so red. I immediately threw both the city lips I bought in the trash. I had to thoroughly wash my lips and around my mouth and slather on aquaphor because of how dried out my lips were from this product burning. I can't speak on the other claims but I'm completely disappointed and I'll never buy it again or any future products from city beauty
I purchased your product through Amazon and it did not taste feel like your product so I'm returning it. I don't know what happened, but it did not work made my lips dry and my lips .
The product is OK. But the shipping, delivery time and lack of response to email inquiries would score a "0" star. 19 Days for a delivery time!!!! Even speaking with customer service supervisor regarding my concerns was an unsatisfactory experience.
