No redness around the eyes
This worked without the red irritation around the eyes. This product took a bit longer to work than some others, but in the end it did work.

I have been using this product for approximately a month now and so far very pleased

I have been using this product for 6 weeks and I have not noticed a difference.
Horrible product and customer service
Purchased city lash serum at one of their suppliers and got a allergic reaction plus half my lashes came off. The supplier said they don't do any returns on beauty products and to contact the manufacturer and I did and because they directly didn't sell me the product so they couldn't do anything but could offer me a new product, like no thnaks. So both of them didn't do anything and I'm left with half lashes and a bad reaction.
Expired Products
What is the expiration date on your products? I see mfg. dates but no expiration dates. I didn't expect to receive products that are 12-17 mos. past their mfg. date. Additional information regarding product freshness would be most helpful.
Didn't see any improvement
I had high hopes but unfortunately, this did nothing for my lashes. I used the entire thing and didn't see any improvement.
