Great Product Line
I have been using the Advanced Retinol Step System for approximately 5 months. Most of my skin products come from The City Beauty Line. This Advanced Retinol System and the Multi-Sculpting Cream are my absolute favourites. I like the retinol & vitamin C being a 2-part step. Each Step has different ingredients and work well synergistically. I have had no negative side-effects that can occur from Retinol products. I found my skin became more luminous; had greater clarity & tightness. I love the feeling of my skin after each step has been fully absorbed. I live in a northern climate which is not only dry year round but winter fluctuations can be quite harsh and require good product care. Keeping my skin hydrated and moisturized is imperative. There are times where I lightly pat The Dry Firming Oil for the Neck & Décolletage on my face which really helps. I am glad to have found this line. I do wish though we had a Canadian Distribution site that would help keep the product costs more on par to the US cost. Between the cost of S/H to Canada; the Exchange rate on the dollar; the Custom & Duties Taxes. … when all added together the price differential is significant. Thank you for the Promo Codes.

I'm in love with this product! Step one is a lightweight creamy, almost gel like feeling. It's not a heavy cream or oily. Application is effortless. There's no pulling or tugging on the skin and it doesn't leave your skin feeling heavy or oily. My skin drinks it up quickly and then I'm ready for step 2. The Retinol feels excellent on my skin. Personally, I like the tingle feeling. It makes me feel like it's working. It absorbs quickly and my skin feels and looks amazing. Since I've started using this product, in addition to City Beauty's Under Eye Recovery, lid lifting treatment, eye revive firming serum, plumping lip gloss, and the illuminating dark spot corrector I haven't used my liquid face makeup or my concealer! My face looks better than it has ever looked. I can see a difference in my forehead wrinkles, crows feet, dark circles, puffy eye lids, vertical lip lines, and the dark pigmented spots on my face from sun worshipping have drastically improved. Now, I know that creams, gels, serums, and oils can only do so much, but my eyes like what they see so far from using all of these wonderful, quality products offered by City Beauty. P.S. My 29 & 18 year old daughters are envious, but happy for me, that my skin looks good enough to not wear make up. Let's GOOO!!!
I'm getting so many compliments on my skin!
I have never used a retinol product before and I wish that I had. I thought my skin would be more irritated, flaky, and red, based on the experiences of friends and family who have used retinol products, but it's not. My skin looks smoother, plumper, and rosier. I have noticed a more even tone and my wrinkles appear to be softer. I am getting compliments from other people on how young my skin looks. I haven't had anyone compliment my skin in a long time. I visited my aunt a few weeks ago who commented a couple of times about how my skin looks so good (I hadn't seen her in three or four years). She wanted to know what I use on my skin. We went to dinner with a friend of hers who I've never met before and she commented on how I have such young looking skin. I'm really amazed at the reaction I get from other people. I am really critical of my aging skin and this product gives me hope that with the right regimen, I can [help] some of the damage I've done over the decades.
no noticeable improvement
I have been using this for about 6 mo. It is easy on my sensitive, dry skin, but unfortunately the uneven shin tone, fine lines, redness and pores seem to be unimproved for me.
