Amazing
This product is great! I noticed a difference in my under eye area almost immediately. Darkness is gone, less puffy, and smoother fine lines. Wish I had a subscription on this one!

I struggle with dark circles under my eyes and the Under Eye Recovery seems to make them almost disappear. I believe if I keep using it, the dark circles will just keep fading. Thank you City Beauty!

I Don't Use Concealer Anymore!!!
Another Winner from City Beauty! This is such a wonderful product that I don't wear concealer anymore! I use City Beauty's Lid Lifting Treatment on the top of my eyelids, then their Under Eye Recovery on the bottom. It's not clear or white, it's slightly flesh colored. This is such a luxury, hydrating cream. I love it. Use it daily and it helps with fine lines and plumps them, makeup goes on smooth and skin is plump. it feeds your eye area moisture ... I am recovering from breast cancer so I always look tired! I have used City Beauty products so I tried the Under Eye Recovery product and to my surprise I can't do without it! I noticed a difference right away! I love this product!

Brightens, Hydrates, Diffuses Look of Lines
I didn't have high hopes because of the many products that have made undelivered promises BUT THIS ONE WORKS!! I don't have dark circles, but, some under eye lines that made an appearance hitting 60. It seems to create a smooth barrier, therefore, diffusing the look of the lines. My eyes look brighter, more youthful.

Very moisturizing, not greasy and definitely helps with my puffiness. I will definitely recommend this product for anyone who has dry skin, puffiness and dark circles in your eye area.
This Product is a Wowser!
I am 74 and have suffered from dark circles under both eyes for a decade now. This cream is fantastic: immediately I saw results and as time has gone on, the fading of the circles has speeded up. You do need to use it consistently twice a day and now I have two more friends hooked on Under Eye Recovery. Another hint: give the cream some time to absorb before adding foundation or you will get "wrinkles" in your make-up. Thanks for an awesome product. Worth the price indeed!
Amazing product
This product is amazing. I was very skeptical as I've purchased products that claimed the same results. And many much more expensive. I've been considering plastic surgery due to crows feet that seem to be getting deeper and numerous. By day four the lines have almost vanished!! I'm more than amazed. Really nice eye cream. I have only been using a short time but so far so good! What I love equally is that the company stands behind what they sell. The pump broke on my eye cream on the second day.
