After reading some of the reviews for this Under Eye Recovery product, I decided to give it a try. In my 70's and after being ill for about a year, my eyes looked tired, showing bags and lines. After using many products to help correct these tired eyes and wondering if I would ever find a product that worked, I tried City Under Eye Recovery and have been using it regularly. This product has been the only product that I have really ever seen great results. Even very costly products have not given me the desired results I have received after using City Under Eye Recovery. Yes! I am extremely happy with this product.

This product had absolutely no effect for me...no negative, but no positive either. I allowed for two separate trial periods, first using on just one eye for several applications (2 weeks) then both eyes together.... simply no effect. The company then state I had taken too long to give a fair trial and refuse to stand behind their product. This product is headed for the trash can, as are the other products I purchased.

Best under eye treatment
This is the Best eye cream I have ever used. I have tried everything but surgery on my under eye bags, this was my last ditch effort to avoid it. While they are not GONE, they are far less noticeable and I believe still slowly getting better by the day. I'd say I saw a 50% improvement in a short amount of time. Anyone who has this problem knows it's not an overnight fix. I am no longer dreading pictures and in some I even look normal again. The crows feet are amazingly better and this was a huge benefit as I was targeting the bags. I religiously apply it am and pm and even sometimes twice, as I know you cannot have too much moisture in this area. Great product.

I've been using Under Eye Recovery for about 2 weeks and am quite pleased! It has passed my first test and not caused any allergic-type reaction to my skin. It does what it says it will...
I am typically very skeptical about skin care products. I have always thought that their primary function was to self sooth and that people only imagined any benefits. I have been completely cynical about the creators of these products to the point of viewing the industry as a total racket. My mind is changing on this. This is a remarkable product. It does not take away my dark circles completely, but for me a 60-70% correction is a miracle. I apply the corrector, let is absorb into my skin and there it was! I look so much healthier.
