I think this is working i check it out with my deep neck lines. I love the feel of it and in my serious teenage acne days i never would have thought i'd put oil anywhere near my skin - how times and age has changed. I intend to keep using it to for smoother neck "rings."
I've been using this gor 3 weeks, sometimes twice a day. I'm beginning to see improvement in my neck. I have been using , and still using the crepe body balm and the Uplift firming serum. So far so good.
Love this so far! Would give it a full on 5 star but I've just started using so still hard to know how well it's working. It goes on silky smooth, absorbs quickly, and smells wonderful! I think it's starting to work and so excited to continue using and see the result!
I'm 70 years old and experiencing wrinkling lines across my neck. After using Ultra Firming Dry oil for about three weeks I'm noticing a reduction in the depths of the lines, and hope to see further lessening. It has started to make me less self conscience about my aging, and have had friends tell me they are noticing that I look younger.
I began using this product about 3 weeks ago. I can see small changes in my neck which is great. It really bothered me on zoom calls the way my neck looked. I hope as I continue to use the Ultra Firming Dry Oil I will continue to see improvement. Most of the City Beauty products do work if you stick with them.
It is my first experience in addressing my neck issues so I do not know how other products work or don't work. I like how quickly the dry oil is absorbed and makes my skin feel smooth. I plan to continue its use. I do not use any other product on top of it and do not see any noticeable change to my neck yet.
After using the ultra firming dry oil for 3 weeks fine lines and creap paper look has smoothed out. The feel of the dry oil is very nice and spreads easily. I would have liked to see more firming effect but will continue use to see if that happens. If there was a more noticeable firming effect I would have given this product 5 stars. Over a longer period of use this could still happen. Time will tell.
This product is showing some signs of effectiveness (I have been using it twice a day for less then 30 days). However, I did have an area of breakout and have been avoiding that area when applying the oil, which has helped. I have not discontinued use because I do think it is helping to firm up my neck and décolletage but it is still early in the process.
i love the feeling of the moisture on my neck and chest . Waiting to see a difference as to firming ,not sure yet. I just have been using for a few weeks now. I have been using City for many years and love their products .The original city lips was my first experience with them.
The product goes on so easily and my skin feels nourished but not oily. The quality of my skin is fresh
I have notice a slight change but have only used for 3 weeks or so. So possibly give a 5 star after using it more. Love LOVE City Products!!!

About 3 weeks in and so far it's moisturizing but haven't seen anything major. Will definitely buy again once I'm through this bottle.
The Ultra-Firming Dry Oil does improve the appearance of my neck, however it is not as dry in the application as I thought.
So far it's been a delight to use. Light and quickly absorbed. I use the remainder on my hands on my face. It's to good for the towel!
It has taken a little longer than I expected to see a difference but after a few weeks, I can tell that it's working!
I like it so far. Waiting to see if it does take care of wrinkles. I love how it feels.
