It feels refreshing, but I like to use it with City's eye cream. I love how it looks in the mornings, less visible lines.

LIBERATING
It frustrates me most to see the loose skin on both bottom and top of my eyes. It makes me feel like I've been worn hard and left out wet. Lately, I've been very busy with work and not getting my normal hours of sleep. This serum seems to make my eyes look less fatigued and feel more hydrated and refreshed. The biggest differences I noticed are lifting around my entire eye area. My eyebrow line also appears more arched somehow. I see a dismissing of the lines on the outer edges of my eyes. My lower lids also appear lighter and more taut. My skin has never looked better. I am getting compliments of my "beautiful" skin virtually everywhere I go, even strangers. WOOWEE. I am wearing no makeup most of the time and wearing my hair tied back instead of down. That is liberating!!!
