I am about to finish my 2nd bottle & I have taken it faithfully. I can't really say that I have seen any difference. I use most of the City Beauty creams as well. The one thing is, if I hadn't been using all these products, would my skin have aged more dramatically in the last 12 months? Who's to say? I do think the thickness of my hair has improved since taking the supplements.....
I noticed a slight change in my skin I forgot to order another bottle the price is a lil high for my budget but plan to try again
