Been using for several months and product looks good on my lips but is sticky even after having on for hours. I gave my one year old grandson a kiss on his cheek and when I rubbed it off, his cheek was sticky.

I am 66 y.o Bought to see if decreased lips lines and for hydration. Have been using for a least one month. No drastic reduction in lip lines, but lips look and feel healthier. Hope will prevent chapped lips in cold weather. Bought clear and pink nude; color does not last long but still benefits of healthier lips.

I love how it hydrates my lips. I don't notice any plumping and it's very sticky but it does it job for hydration. I would buy again.

My lips are very soft. I use it everyday. I have not noticed any fullness but it is definitely moisturizing.. I am never without!
Good nighttime moisturizer
I use this at night like you would a lip mask. You can still feel it on your lips when you wake up. Works well.

This is by far the most amazing lip potion that I have ever used. I WANT to be a City Lips Lifer but the cost of getting this product to me is absolutely outrageous! The tubes simply do not last long enough to justify the price. I don't normally do reviews but felt I needed to! I searched reviews of the company before buying and there were so many positive reviews here and so many negative ones on the BBB site. Almost everyone of them were personally replied to and given their money back immediately. So I took a chance and ordered. My shipment was well packed and arrived pretty quickly. I just got it today and have only used it once but it feels heavenly! It adds moisture almost immediately! It stays on your lips a long time! After a few minutes it kind of dries, it just feels like it wont just wipe right off but lips are still shiny! I have used other lip plumper that just sting and I end up wiping them off. Not this one! No stinging at all!

I was pleased with the hydrating effect of the product, but my lips did not change size or shape, although were smoother.
