It plumped my lips and smoothed them also. I used the colorless and it left my lips really pink. No need for additional color.

Consistent use yields results!!
I went into this endeavor with the mind set of: Most cosmetic actually DO work, but do you commit to the process and the time? So I purchased 4 tubes of the clear City Lips and it completely did what it advertises it does within the first tube. But after the second it totally won me over. I'm 47 and I thought I'd never get my lips looking even and full ever again. With the constant moisturizing it provides (due to the ingredients and the staying power, super thick) my lips look like they did when I was 20! I wear it at bedtime and wake up to very moisturized lips and it takes years off of my face. I use it during the day as well as it keeps my lips healthy looking. I'm a picky human with cosmetics and I truly dig this product.
