This was my 4th attempt with neck creams! I cannot believe I'm seeing results! I literally feel the difference when I touch my chest and neck area! I am that person who spends a lot of money on skin products and am most often dissatisfied...not this time! Love this product and highly recommend!

Ultra Firming Dry Oil is true to its description. It hydrates the neck and décolleté area famously lasting for hours. I'm 72 and this is the best product I've found for bringing back youth to an area that likes to show aging. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat.
I have only been using this product one week and I can already see a difference. My neck is smoother and my décolleté has fewer creases. Giving it a 4 out of 5 as I find it takes a long time to absorb and is a bit oily which I was not expecting especially based on the product name.

This product is amazing. It absorbs very easily and doesn't leave any kind of sticky feeling. Since using City Beauty products my skin has never looked better. The products do what they say they're going to do. My ID has actually been asked for.....I'm almost 51 and that hasn't happened in a long time. My skin looks better which makes me feel better. This oil absorbs into the skin without leaving any residue. I have noticed results of firmer softer skin on my neck and decolletage after less than a month's use. This is a product I will continue to keep in my beauty routine

Have been using this under my chin and on my neck.. I was beginning to feel like a turkey.. too much jiggling. Now there is a definite decrease in the jiggle, much more firmness and decreased prominence.. at least to my eyes!

I was one of those "boomers" who worshipped the sun and loved getting the best suntan all summer for many many summers. I've been looking for the miracle potion to undo the years of basking to a golden brown especially on the neck and décolletage. This is it! I'm serious, two weeks of using it morning and night have made a huge difference. I will be reordering soon.
Going through menopause my skin has gotten extremely dry. What had worked before,doesn't now. I was scepitcal at first, but honestly after a couple of weeks I'm sold! Upset I didn't order more , never want to be without.
This really works! I tried just about everything for my turkey neck from cremes, oils to neck masks and nothing seems to work. I tried this new "dry oil" out and thought ... what the heck. Well, it works. I smoothed it over my neck and the skin seems to smooth itself out all my itself. I don't know what kind of magic is in this stuff but I want more for my whole body.
