Works resally well
It tightens up my neck and makes it look as it once did. I am really pleased with it.

A marvelous natural base firming oil that really works!!
A really good product that actually works. I have tried a few name brand neck/decolletage. I find that natural works much better than chemically added. This oil actually goes on light, massage it in even towards the back of your neck, down your chest, it dries non-oily in about 1-2 minutes. No rub off on your clothing. I do not have an overly wrinkly neck or sagging jawline now (but I used to in my 50's) before I started using neck creams. City Beauty's Ultra Firming Dry Oil is just marvelous, does what Victoria claims it will do, and I am impressed as a first-time user of this product. I highly recommend you to try it, you will not be disappointed.

This stuff is awesome, my neck and upper chest look flawless, tight like my 40's.
