Great Oil
This oil is great, since I've started using it a few weeks ago I've already noticed an improvement with the crepeiness of the skin on my neck. I'm 40yrs. But with weight gain/loss some of the elasticity has left.

Extremely happy in Florida
I started using this product 2 weeks ago and being 71 figured like everything else I used wasn't going to work. But I guess there are miracle products out there and the dry oil is one of them. My neck is already much firmer and the sagging is slowly diminishing. I know at my age it will never completely disappear but to have it so much less noticeable makes me feel much younger. Thank you City Beauty for helping me in restoring some of my youth as makes me feel so much better about myself and definitely has improved my ego in public.
Amazing product!
The Ultra Firming Dry Oil does everything it promises and does it very well! My neck and chest area are less crepey and I am seeing more improvement every day I use it. It feels wonderful. My skin says "Ahhh" as it absorbs it's moisture. This is a wonderful anti-aging product and is cutting edge. I will be keeping this in my anti-aging arsenal for a long time!
Ultra firming dry oil
My neck was really beginning to show wrinkles and getting saggy. The oil has helped in reducing the look of this. I've only been using the oil for about 2 weeks but I can see a difference!
Preventive use
I just started using and don't see much difference. HOWEVER, I am using this more as a preventive . I am 72 but don't have much of a problem in this area and am hoping to keep it that way!

Love this product! I love the "dry oil" aspect. It is so very easy to apply and just disappears into the skin with no stickiness or residue. It is very effective and now that my 70 birthday is looming I am no longer self conscious about my neck!! Bravo City Beauty!

As I near the end of my first bottle, using it consistently morning and night, my neck and decollete are softer and the texture has improved remarkably. I've even been using it on the back of my hands with great results very quickly. This woman, happily in her 69th year alive, is very satisfied with these early results!
Great Product!
I really like the feel of this dry oil. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly with leaving a greasy residue like many oils do! My neck feels great after using it. I haven't been using quite long enough to see how much long term firming I will see. Fortunately, I don't have any major problems on my neck and décolletage, and I want to keep it that way!

This product delivers. I have seen marked improvements to my face, skin & neck using the City Beauty line, and when the Ultra Firming Dry Oil rolled out, I did not hesitate to purchase it. Ultra Firming Dry Oil is easy to apply, light to the touch, absorbs quickly, and yes, I am seeing positive, very visible improvement to the horizontal lines on my neck, and a firmness where the vertical "drapes" appeared. I disliked the appearance of my neck for years. Nothing helped until I tried this. I never really thought, even though I really like a lot of the products from city beauty, that I would see results like this.
Amazing and so light
Ultra firming dry oil is seriously incredible! At age 62, my decollage and neck area were really getting crepey and showing signs of aging even more so than my face. I've tried numerous products that were thick and heavy but still got no results. This oil is so light, absorbs fast, and is easy to use that I loved it the first time I used it and what's even better is that within a week I noticed improvement. I'm only sorry I didn't take a before picture. I've already recommended it to friends!
Just Love It

Ultra Firming Dry Oil Delivers On Its Promises
I've come to expect high quality products that deliver as promised from City Beauty and this oil does not disappointment. This lightweight oil applies easily, absorbs quickly, and does not leave any residue. It does reduce the appearance of wrinkled/crepey skin. The neck and décolletage appear lifted, tighter, and smoother. My skin appears smoother and more supple. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Best product ever...my new fave in your product line. I use on my face as well. Smooth, hydrated but not greasy. I think it helps to reduce pore size. Just an overall great product!
Blown away!
This dry oil has blown me away! I wasn't really expecting a big difference but a big difference is what I got! At 60 I've been needing help and not wanting to go through surgery. And now I no longer think about surgery to tighten the areas. I'm in love!
Quality product
I have used many other products in the past. I can say it is one of the better ones. I have noticed some improvement in skin texture. It has only been a couple weeks since I started using.

So far so good. it's so easy to apply because it's not a greasy mess so I've been using it consistently. I love how smooth and soft it leaves my neck and decolletage. Turning 50 this year, i'm a little hyper aware of my neck changes and this gives me hope that i don't have to turn into a turkey neck
